Joined Hays Travel in 2003 as a senior consultant at the Gateshead branch. Promoted to assistant manager in 2011 and branch manager in 2014. Now at the Metrocentre branch.
Started as an apprentice in the Chester-le-Street branch in 2000. Became assistant manager in 2008 then moved to the Consett branch in 2013. Amanda was promoted to manager in April 2015.
After 30 years in the industry, Colin started with Hays Travel five years ago as manager of the Sunderland shop. He moved to Washington as branch manager in October 2016.
