Joined Hays in April 2014. Has worked in customer support and customer relations. Has been with Hays Tour Operating customer relations since March 2016.
Joined Hays in 1992 as an apprentice in the retail division. Progressed from retail sales consultant to flights manager, to branch manager, and then into the training department as a senior trainer.
Started as a trainee in the Seaham branch in 1996. Was promoted to assistant manager at Hetton before becoming manager back in Seaham. After ten years in retail, Gillian moved to head office and is now head of sales support.
Started in 2007 as a retail apprentice. Progressed to travel consultant and then foreign exchange consultant. Adam then retrained and has been part of the team looking after the Hays Academy since July 2016.
