I have always had a passion for adventure, travelling extensively as a sole traveller, as a couple, and lately with two young children; I feel extremely lucky to have visited many of the top destinations around the world..

Tenerife
Boasting almost all year-round sunshine and being very family friendly, Tenerife is a big favourite of mine. Siam Park being consistently voted ‘Best Water Park in the World’, the famous Loro Parque Zoo, Mount Teide National Park, and some fabulous man-made beaches; there is plenty to do and all within a short four-hour flight from the UK. The island has a lot going for it and, for someone who is usually eaten alive, a big plus for me is no mosquito bites!!

Nice
The city of Nice is at the heart of the French Riviera with a warm and pleasant Mediterranean vibe, particularly in July when the international Jazz festival booms out across the square. Nice has easy access to so many beautiful places; Monte Carlo, St Tropez, Cannes, Antibes, and Villefranche, with plenty of things to fill every day for all ages.

Rome
The eternal city is a place everyone should visit at least once. Every corner you turn in Rome unearths a new breath-taking view and something to discover. From the Colosseum, Sistine Chapel to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps; the list is endless. We found it easy to walk around and even mapped out our own Da Vinci tour!
