Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Markus, and I would love to be your Personal Travel Consultant!
My love for travel began back in the mid-90’s when I started my career as Airline Cabin Crew with some of the UK’s leading airlines. After I got my “wings” I was lucky enough to have visited many exciting places around the world from including the Americas, the Far East, Australasia and Africa, being the most exotic!
I later went on work for one of the UK’s leading high street travel agents launching one of the Hypermarket stores and enjoyed creating perfect holidays for my customers.
I’m also an avid cruise traveller myself, having done 41 cruises already and looking forward to embarking on my 42nd cruise shortly. So, anything you want to ask about cruise holidays, I can most certainly help.
Having had many family and friends always asking me to help them create their perfect holiday, I realised that being a Personal Travel Consultant was the right thing for me. I am backed by Hays Travel, established in 1980 and proud to be the UK's largest independent travel agent. Working from my home office in Leicestershire, I will take the time to create your perfect holiday - there are no queues, no distractions and no pressure to sell specific products - I am totally focused on you!
I don’t work set hours, so I can usually respond to messages or calls outside of the usual “office hours” you get with a regular agent.
As well as offering a truly tailor-made holiday, I will search and compare all the leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you a great deal, plus I am both ABTA and ATOL protected, so you can book with confidence!
I offer everything from chilled beach escapes to worldwide tours and from cruises to city breaks! I am also a Booking Agent for Jet2holidays, TUI, easyJet holidays as well as being able to offer many more tour operators. I can secure selected holidays and cruises with a low deposit and you can spread the cost with the option to pay monthly by interest-free Direct Debit.

Cruise
A cruise holiday, because it offers you the ability to see lots of amazing destinations in one holiday, and only have to unpack once! I've always found the service on a cruise ship to be absolutely amazing and you enjoy fantastic service and great food too!
Cruise holidays also offer you amazing array of entertainment from broadway style shows to live performers, acrobats and much more. It really is great value! -
Thailand
My next favourite destination would be the Far East. I love Thailand and the many amazing resorts it has to offer. There are some truly amazing beaches here, and my personal favourite is Phi Phi island, a must do experience that I will never forget. The people are so amazingly friendly and genuinely pleased to help. I've had the pleasure of visiting a few resorts in Thailand and look forward to many more!

USA
My 3rd favourite destination would be the USA! I love to visit the theme parks in Orlando and enjoy the amazing atmosphere and everything they have to offer. I've also visited many of the fantastic cities America has to offer, including New York, San Francisco and Washington DC. They're all full of character and great things to see and do. There's also an amazing dining scene in New York, so if you're into your food, and great shopping, this is a must do!
