The food, the people, the wine, the culture, the architecture, the scenery, the history and 'La Dolce Vita'. There is a certain pleasure that comes from exploring an old Italian town, finding that little bar that serves the best coffee and cannoli and watching the world go by.  Or exploring the vineyards of Tuscany, Avellino and Sicily. Eating the best pizza in Napoli or doing the 'Godfather trail' experience.

Everyone, regardless of age should visit the magical winter wonderland called Lapland at least once in their lifetime. Bringing the magic of Christmas to life by visiting the elves working in their workshop, meeting the real Santa Claus and visit his very own post office that sorts the letters to him from all over the world. Build snowmen on the frozen lake, take a sledge ride through the forest pulled by Reindeer (they love the berry juice) or dogs. Ride a snowmobile over the frozen landscape and lake. Have a drink and a meal at the Ice restaurant and bar, ski, cross into the arctic circle and get your certificate. A short break that you and your loved ones will never forget.

A great way to explore the world. A cruise can be as busy or as relaxing as you want it to be. Wake up every morning at a different port with new experiences every day or take a transatlantic holiday and learn a new skill or read that book you have and have not got round to reading yet. Party every night or have a quiet meal and watch the moon's reflection on the sea. We got married at Los Angeles on a cruise ship and then cruise around the Hawaiian Islands.  I thought I would get bored when we did a half world cruise for 2 months (a long time to spend on a ship) but it turned out to be a great experience and a different way of living with time to learn to dance.
