Buy Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions - updated 15/08/2023
1. Buy Back Guarantee is only available at the time of purchase.2. Buy Back Guarantee is not applicable to any Hays Travel Money Card transaction
3. Buy Back Guarantee costs £3.95 per transaction, not per currency.
4. The cost for the Buy Back Guarantee is automatically included in the transaction, please advise before completing the transaction if you wish to remove the Buy Back Guarantee.
5. The original receipt must be provided when returning currency to activate the Buy Back Guarantee.
6. Hays Travel will buy back up to £300, or the original currency amount purchased, whichever is lower.
7. Currency must be returned within 6 weeks (43 days) of the original transaction, the date of which is shown on the original receipt.
8. Currency must be returned to the same branch where the original Buy Back Guarantee was purchased.
9. Hays Travel do not buy back all currency note denominations, please ask at the time of purchase which notes

12. Any additional currency over the £300 maximum limit or original currency amount purchased will be exchanged at the exchange rate applicable to buy backs on the day of the buy back transaction.
13. Additional ID may be required.
14. Offer can be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice
