Welcome to Hays Travel Sedgefield! My name is Julie Ann, I started my career in the travel industry here at Hays Travel 37 years ago and became Branch Manager in Sedgefield over 28 years ago. My team and i I are passionate about customer service and helping our clients find the perfect holiday for them. I myself enjoy travelling especially to long haul destinations, experiencing other cultures, and anything at all to do with wildlife, protection and conservation.

Helen is Assistant Manager here, she has worked in travel for almost 21 years, and adores anything Disney and loves the USA. This year she is having a change, she is having a beach holiday with her husband and two sons, however there is always a Disney trip in planning. We are pleased to welcome back Bree to team Sedgefield, who has almost 5 years travel experience, she loves the Canaries and Florida and especially excited to celebrate her 21st birthday this year drinking mucho cocktails on the party Isle of Ibiza. Meghane is our new travel consultant apprentice, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two puppy dachshunds called Solo and Milo, her favourite destinations are Florida and the Costa Blanca. Gemma has just joined us after working in the airline industry and customer service before training to be a travel consultant. Gemma loves to visit Antigua, her favourite city in Berlin, and spends a great deal of time on the island of Guernsey where her partner currently lives.

We are a small but experienced team and look forward to becoming your preferred travel agent and helping you with all your holiday requirements.

The Hays Travel Foundation recently matched funds raised by our branch in aid of the Ellen Timney Foundation.

A total of £3,990 was donated to the charity following a raffle our team hosted at the foundation’s annual fundraising event. On the night we raised £1,995 and we have recently been informed that the Hays Travel Foundation has matched this, which has made us very happy.

We’re delighted to be able to donate such high amount this year following the success of our raffle and receiving match-funding. We have worked alongside Ellen Timney Foundation from the very start helping to raise money for disabled and underprivileged children in the North East of England. We hope this donation will go some way in helping them continue with their great work.
