Our branch recently raised £503 for Together 21 from a coach trip to Leeds Christmas Markets.
Here at Hays Travel in Newton Aycliffe, we love getting involved with our local community and so we organised a coach trip to Leeds Christmas Markets. The trip was a huge success, every seat was filled and we played lots of games on-board to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. People very kindly donated and bought raffle tickets to be in with a chance of winning a big hamper and other prizes.
Altogether we raised £503 for our chosen charity, Together 21. The work that they do is amazing and make a real difference to people’s lives who are living with or know someone that has Down’s syndrome.
We would like to thank everybody that came along and helped us fundraise for this great cause in our community.
