Maldives
The Maldives are a pure paradise. I have never been anywhere else in the world that has such a relaxing, laid back atmosphere. Hop around the islands on a speedboat or while away an afternoon in a hammock under the baking sun, then curl up on the white beaches with a fruity cocktail and watch the most amazing sunsets. I have been lucky enough to travel here twice and took the time to visit many of the hotels - so can recommend something for everyone. Why not twin centre it with a few nights in Dubai or a week in Sri Lanka?
Turkey
I love the culture and the friendliness of the people in Turkey, along with the variety that the resorts have to offer. From the lively bustling resort of Marmaris to the beautiful riverside resort of Dalyan and the stunning blue lagoon beach of Olu Deniz. Visit the upmarket marina at Kalkan and indulge in a cheeky cocktail in the evening while you watch the world go by. Whatever you’re looking for in a holiday, Turkey offers great value for money with something to suit everyone.
Egypt
Year-round sunshine and luxury hotels on golden beaches are the things that make Egypt a great holiday destination. Visit the hustle and bustle of Naama bay and shop ‘til you drop, or slip into one of the traditional, hazy shisha bars. Ride a camel or venture out on an exhilarating Jeep ride, try snorkelling in the Red Sea, or travel to the quieter resorts of Hurgahada or Makadi for a more relaxing experience. Why not take a trip into the desert and indulge in a traditional Bedouin dinner while watching a spectacular sunset, or for a quieter evening head to Soho Square and sip a cocktail by the water fountain, try your hand at ice skating, or just chill out in the ice bar.
