Natalie is our Branch Manager, she joined us from the Stockton Branch having starting her Hays Travel Career there as a Foreign Exchange consultant in 2010 then working her way to Travel Consultant and Assistant Manager, her favourite place is Las Vegas and she is planning her next trip.

Amy is our Assistant Manager, she is a Disney fanatic who joined us last year having previously working in our Middlesbrough and Yarm branches. We have some amazing Senior Staff members, Sam & Clare who are both long serving members of staff and between them have worked 58 years for Hays Travel! Clare's Favourite places are South Africa and Goa, Sam is a Turkey lover and tries to get there a couple of times a year, she is an expert on all things Hisaronu! Kirsten has travelled and worked far afield including China - her absolute favourite places are Australia and Italy. Dannielle is another of our Travel Consultants, Dannielle has worked here for 3 years now and started her Hays Travel journey as an Apprentice, her favourite place is the Phi Phi Islands in Thailand. Then we move on to our Apprentices, we currently have 4 Apprentices in store. Chloe & Laura are almost finished their course and will be fully fledged Travel Consultants by the end of 2019. Laura recently travelled to the Maldives and is dying to go back! Chloe joined us recently from our Barnard Castle branch, her favourite places are Puerto Vallarta in Mexico and Orlando. Then we have Danielle who is just moving from into her 2nd Year having joined us straight from school, she has travelled to Greece many times and her favourite island is Rhodes. And then we have our newest recruit Louise who joined us in August this year and we are looking forward to seeing her flourish, her favourite place is Turkey having been to Side & Bodrum Last but not least we have Amy & Jane who are our Foreign Exchange consultants and are here to help with all of your Foreign Exchange needs, they may work in the Foreign Exchange but they both love travelling and are on hand with their destination knowledge when we need it.

We are lucky enough to be a very busy store and all of our Staff love helping customers and we take great pleasure in making sure we find the best deal possible using our wealth of suppliers, we have travelled to all corners of the World between us and are always happy to give recommendations and tips for wherever you may be visiting be it somewhere in the UK or the other side of the World.
