fortunately we got a free immediate upgrade to a different hotel, however we spent 5 minutes in this place, dreary would be an understatement. thankyou for many years of excellent service..we won't be using hays again. hjb

Very run down staff did not understand English needs to be brought up todate as other tsokko complexes.

There was no snack bar and there was no staff around the pool area, we had cross the busy road to the sister hotel witch we wer.nt happy about.

The Tropical Dreams was closed when we arrived through lack of customers , however , upon contacting our rep , we were transferred and upgraded to another Tsokkos Hotel in close proximity which was excellent. We arranged to also upgrade to all inclusive for a nominal sum and the hotel staff were more than helpful. Pity about the weather but hey ho ....it didnt rain in the bar.
