Everything here was excellent, from the reception staff (especially Victoria) and the waiters in the restaurants and bars, they were all very friendly. The hotel has been refurbished since we were there last year, the rooms are very comfortable, also, the lifts have been improved. Over all, it was a great holiday.
Mr Preston, 01 March 2017
good accomodation, but a very long walk every time you needed to go to your room. 7 stories up and lifts very overused and slow and 100 yards walk once you were up there. But walking up 107 stairs every time is very good for burning off calories! as food was good at all meals.
Mrs Sibley, 07 February 2017
it was very good. How ever this is second time we were given a big double bed. last year we had to ask for two single duevas and sleep in same bed. this year again double bed did complain fortunately they did make up two single beds.

Mr Marshall, 12 February 2016
Good break I think that you should be able to get a bottle of water on the all inclusive and not pay extra for brand drinks every thing else was good thanks
Mr Paterson, 16 November 2015
We had a wonderful holiday. 23 years since we had last been there. Only issue was the lifts. Not enough and always breaking down. I had gone to recover from hysterectomy 5 weeks earlier, we were on 9th floor, I often had to walk the whole way back down. Lots of people complained/moaned so we didn't see the need to do so also.
Mrs Ebdon, 13 May 2015
