of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mrs Powell, 14 March 2018

All staff very freindly and helpful good choice of food.

Mrs Armstrong, 19 February 2018

The staff were excellent, the bungalow needed refurbishing but apart from that it was good. The complex was always clean and tidy and the food was good. Well worth a visit.

Mrs Cotton, 16 January 2018

Accomdation was sold as four star was very nice but more like three star

Mr Brannan, 29 October 2017

We would rate the hotel good but with reservations. We were a little disappointed with the hotel and don't think it rates 4 stars. We may be comparing it with another 4 star hotel we stayed in in Gran Canaria, but overall the standard was below what we had expected.

The food had less choice and was not as good quality as we had expected. There were limited communal areas, and very little in the way of evening entertainment, and what there was took place in and around the restaurant/pool area rather than proper communal areas/bar etc. The layout of the hotel accommodation was very nice - in semi-detached bungalows each with its own patio, and patio furniture, within the gardens. The gardens were beautifully kept. The pool area was ok, if a little limited. The staff were always cheerful and helpful, although we asked for a kettle (which was offered by the hotel) but this never arrived.

The free shuttle bus to and from the hotel to Playa Des Ingles and Maspalomas was a bonus which we used almost daily, but which was necessary as the hotel location was mid-way between the 2 areas with nothing else around, apart from the golf course.

We would not choose to stay there again.

Mrs Murphy, 29 August 2017

Really good accommodation, very friendly staff, food good. Rooms could do with a bit of tlc but from what we saw they are working on this. Pool area very clean with maintenance carried out every day. Would definitely return.

Mrs Smith, 09 January 2017

As always, Hays Travel - especially Clare - were excellent in every way-- thank you!

Miss Mchugh, 26 October 2016

Hotel itself was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms were modern and air con was a blessing! Downsides were food. Some nights the choice was poor and bland. Other nights they surpassed themselves with a bbq and paella night. Another downside was hotel location. Was very far from any shops, bars etc and although taxis were cheap I felt a bit disappointed there was so little to do at the resort. And also there was no evening entertainment and with it being so far away from everywhere we found ourselves so bored we were in bed for 9pm every night.. which again was a big let down.

Mrs Matthews, 16 September 2016

Nice pool, need to be up early for sun loungers as not enough, there was two burglaries while we were there which made me feel uncomfortable during the night, food ok, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Mrs Dodd, 18 April 2016

The staff were all horrific and treat everyone like they were a hinderance, we paid for a 7 day Holiday but only actually had 6 days as our a.i bands were taken from us at 11am and we didn't fly till 9:05pm, we also arrived at the hotel at 9pm and were not offered any food or water,

Mr Gibson, 13 January 2015

Very good clean accommodation friendly smart helpful staff beautiful gardens only minus point heated poole area advertised was only just above freezing!! Rest of poole just freezing but really enjoyable pleasant location

Mrs Binyon, 14 October 2014

poor because this is not a hotel. no indoor facilities. food eaten outdoor in pool area and snack bar facilities. show cooking was watching your eggs being cooked for breakfast with a wheely bin near.suites were originally self catering bungalows and the sinks and cooking facilities had been removed. we had paid for a 4 star holiday and this is a 2or3 at the most property.we arrived at nearly midnight and were given a meal and was a pool bar and was the only one available. at night after eating evening meal you had to move to let others use same table but there were no other places to go.staff were all very nice especially the receptionist. our room bungalow/suite stank of smoke so the next day we moved and the morning after we moved to the 4star barceo margaritas.NOW WE WERE COOKING ON 4STAR.WE HAD PAID FOR A 4 STAR HOLIDAY WE GOT ONE BUT HAD TO RING HOME FOR NEARLY A DAY AND HALF TO GET IT. WE HOPE TO GET A REFUND OF OUR HOLIDAY. ALSO A REFUND OF OUR PRIVATE TRANSFER TAXI THERE BUT BIG ORANGE BUSNO GOING HOME. NOT QUITE THE TRANSFER PAID FOR.
