Mrs Dunford, 06 October 2018

We had a cockroach in the bathroom on 2 occasions. The door came open 4 times during the night, the bedding was only a duvet cover and a sheet. Below our balcony was a small pool which none of the guests seemed to use but children who were not staying in the hotel came in for parties which were very noisy and we were forced to go out. I have a gluten free diet which the hotel were aware of and they had labels on everything, but almost everything was labelled as containing gluten. At breakfast the only hot food I could eat was eggs, baked beans and tomatoes, even potatoes were marked a containing gluten. I did ask for a gluten free roll but many times the staff were too busy to get it. Dinner was even worse I could only have plain meat and some salad , not very appetising and most sweets were pastry based but there was half a banana, and tinned fruit, not that I expect from a 4star hotel. On two occasion we were not allowed in the main restaurant as masses of other guests arrived for a special dinner there was not enough room in the alternative area. The main restaurant got so packed during the two weeks it was so loud in there we couldn't hear ourselves speak so we left. Many times we were forced to go outside the hotel and find somewhere else to eat not something we had budgeted for. The staff at reception were not as helpful as they could be when we reported the incidents. We had to pay for a safe key and only got half back when we returned it. The worse holiday we have ever had the service leaved a lot to be desired.

Mr Edgar, 18 June 2018

Not totally all inclusive. Snacks around pool only available between 12 and 14.30. Only 2 cocktails available. Even if you know ingredients you are not allowed anything different. Food not much choice and regularly ran out early. Check out time 10.30 am. All inclusive runs out at 1300. Staff don't want to know you and quite unpleasant to you once you checked out. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Mrs Millington, 04 May 2018

The hotel was very clean and welcoming we stayed there 2years ago that's why we went back

Mr Miller, 25 December 2017

Hotel rooms a bit dated. Food and staff superb.

Mrs Boddy, 11 December 2017

Really good, the agent was very helpful and explained clearly the timings of flights and transfers, and each individual cost

Mrs Buckler, 21 September 2017

Very good hotel and excellent all inclusive.

Mrs Lowes, 29 August 2017

Very clean, food very good, very friendly staff, good size room

Mrs Whitlock, 16 August 2017

Lovely staff at Soreda, lighting in hotel room was quite poor for doing makeup. We had stayed here before so knew what to expect. Ideal location for sea, pubs and public transport. Would not recommend for families who don't want to leave the hotel as there is no children's entertainment.

Mr Spencer, 14 June 2017

Cannot fault this hotel. Food and the service was excellent. Right down from Paolo on the reception desk and Victor in the food hall. finally was great meeting David who works in security

Mr Rees, 12 June 2017

Miss Moore, 06 April 2017

Window in bedroom was inches from wall. Lounge bar was quite small not enough seating

Miss Hall, 02 April 2017

Swimming pool poor

Mr Costello, 18 January 2017

Very friendly staff, choice of food very good, room we had was good but no view from balcony but that wasn't a problem

Mrs Holloway, 19 December 2016

advertised as 4 star but not up to uk 4 star standard but food and staff excellent. some rooms are being upgraded though

Mr Daniels, 21 October 2016

Bit Like a transit camp People arriving and departing every day. They tried to provide a good standard despite of a small number of Pond life that were attracted by unlimited drink Food very good Poor swimming pool - very small and -2 floors underground

Mrs Wilson, 21 October 2016

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. However the hotel is situated in a very scruffy area and in need of updating. The food was good (we were half board) as was the service.

Mrs Gavigan, 04 October 2016

The staff were first rate, rooms need updating, nice area

Miss Merrifield, 02 October 2016

Absolutely appalling. Toilet would not flush for 2 days and we were forced to fill our waste paper bin to flush the toilet as after complaining several times each day and requesting a new room, we were told to stay calm and complain slowly!! Most staff (bar a few that we could count on one hand) were rude and ignorant. After reporting cockroaches in the lobby, bedroom and then on the plates at breakfast we could have happily come home. We stopped eating in the hotel. The streets around the hotel are full of litter and dogs mess. You didnt want to stay in the hotel, but didnt want to go out either. So very glad to be home!!

Mr Weldon, 31 August 2016

Staff were very friendly . Food was quite good but not exceptional . Went on a boat trip to the blue lagoon would of been a good trip but there was far to many people there and spoilt the day should be a limit on the amount of people per hour . Waste of money in my view . Had to pay a local tax as soon as we got to the hotel travel agent never told us to expect that.

Mr Best, 09 April 2016

Hotel is a "hidden gem". You would only find it from someone who knew the resort, but when you do find it you will return, again and again.

Mrs Snape, 19 March 2016

Brilliant hotel so clean staff brilliant thanks for a good holiday

Mrs Laxton, 17 December 2015

The food was awful and everyone was complaining about the noise as it was having upgrades drilling etc., the staff were great and it was kept immaculate.

Ms Pettit, 16 November 2015

Good location, good to use as a base for exploring Malta.

Mr Robson, 09 August 2015

Good

Mr Dobbs, 02 December 2014

I found some of the meals better than others, but hotel was value for money

Mr Retallick, 29 August 2014

Very hard working hotel ,friendly staff and clean.

Mr Lucas, 23 May 2014

Have been to this hotel 4 times....therefore obviously we love it.

Mrs Smith, 20 March 2014

Food and staff excellent but rooftop pool and bar lounge are not big enough and need refurbishment. Hotel not in a good position unable to sit on balcony as too close to others or overlooking dilapidated apartments, had to have curtains closed at all times for privacy therefore making the room dark especially as there was not enough lighting
