Very close to the beach
Very good hotel, lots of entertainment for all ages. Two large pools and lots of sunbeds. Very close to the beach with lots of activities for you to do. 10 minutes walk from all the bars and nightlife for the older people. All of the hotel staff were not very friendly but always acknowledged you. The hotel had a large bar and lots of seating area for everyone.

of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mrs Mico, 08 October 2018

Accomodation was good....rooms were clean and was lovely

Miss Brown, 28 August 2018

Wasnt much room in the rooms to move about when the extra bed was put into twin/double room. Not much information available about the kids club at the resort and the rep didnt know what was on and when. Also nothing telling you about what was on that night at the hotel. Rooms dusty

Mr Hubbert, 26 August 2018

The room was small, considering it had to accommodate 3 people. The hotel was noisy, especially the dining room. The daily scrum for the sun loungers was a cabaret to watch. The fact that so many people wanted to spend all day crammed in with other people was a surprise, especially when you consider that there was a glorious beach just 200 meters away. We will not be staying there again and whilst we love Mallorca, we will be looking to stay in a smaller hotel.

Mrs Johnson, 26 August 2018

Hotel excellent entertainment, for everyone great , all staff helpful , happy attitude ,always smiling. The only problem was the back of the hotel we looked on to a rubbish dump it would put me off going back unless I got a pool view disappointing

Mrs Williams, 23 August 2018

Nice hotel staff work very hard. Food was ok. Poor 4 star excellent 3 star.

Mr Johnson, 22 August 2018

Very very good but the food variety was very much the same day on day

Mr Hetherington, 31 July 2018

Hotel it's self was lovely but food was very repetitive not a good menu for children Thomas cook rep was very hard to get in touch with was rarely there

Miss Foster, 12 June 2018

The rooms were very small, the food was ok but very repetitive and a bit bland. Entertainment was very poor, the mike’s didn’t work half the time so you couldn’t hear half of it. Queue at the bar was ridiculous

Miss Evans, 06 June 2018

the hotel 1 was nice however we stayed in number 2 and it was not very clean at all around the pool sitting area, tables were never washed etc base smelt also. rooms were nice and clean, food was nice but a bit repetitive, quite often cold. drinks were poor as watered down! The worst thing about this hotel was the lack of entertainment it was shocking! only a bit for kids nothing for adults! To say it is 4 star is a joke. very poor!

Mrs Creaser, 10 October 2017

Brilliant place but the night entertainment was terrible!

Mr Spears, 08 October 2017

Mrs Drane, 23 September 2017

Mrs Tyler, 11 September 2017

Mrs Golightly, 02 September 2017

Room a bit small but good condition. Food excellent, plenty of choice and tasty.
Hotel was good, good entertainment and majority of staff friendly. Just one point, not the hotels fault, but adults smoking around children. Enjoyable holiday.

Mrs Brooke, 23 August 2017

The hotel is beautiful the swimming pool is abit on the small side. The food this year was terrible with having the same for lunch and teatime so we had to eat out alot which ate into our spending money which defeats the object of all inclusive, i had to also ask the reception to change my sons bed cause it was far to small for him it took them 2 days and lots of times me asking them to change it. The bar inside never opened till night time so it meant the outside bar was really busy with lots of que's. I did complain to the holiday rep and i was offered a £50 voucher but i have to use it on another holiday but really for what i spent on eating out that didn't even cover 2 days but she tried her best. The entertainment was absolutely rubbish every night which needs to be sorted out especially for what the holiday cost which was a fortune prices should be lowered

Ms Bone, 28 May 2017

This is the first time we have been to this hotel since it change name / ownership. We had been to this hotel 12 times since 2005 but we will not be going back. The old staff are still very good / helpful, but standards have slipped and the food was disgusting.

Miss Schofield, 22 September 2016

Food great, location great, entertainment great, hotel lovely and clean, only let down was that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and that the sheets didn't get changed and floors in bedroom weren't cleaned very well if at all

Mrs Luke, 04 September 2016

Good cleaners come have cleaned rooms better, night time etertaimemr poor

Mrs Huntley, 30 August 2016

The room was clean and tidy

Miss Morris, 25 August 2016
