Welcome to Hays Travel Ringwood where I am proud to be the Manager. I have been in the travel industry since 1980 working in various branches within the company. I have been in Ringwood since 1999 and became Manager in 2009. I have a real passion for travel and love 5* luxury to basic adventure type holidays and Cruising. I also escort groups on soft adventure trips, the most recent having been Vietnam and Cambodia and in April 2020 we are off to China.
Chris is our assistant manager and joined us in July 2019 from another Hays Travel branch. He's worked for the company for 2 years now and loves to travel. His favourite destinations include Iceland, Croatia and America. Jenny has been with me since 2009 but has worked in the industry for 15 years and is widely travelled. Some of her favourite destinations are Barcelona, Mauritius, Greece and Australia. Leanne has been part of the team for 12 years and has travelled on many family holidays with her children including Lake Garda, Norway and Majorca.
Diana is our Foreign Exchange consultant whose favourite destinations are South Africa and Borneo, with more recently adding Kalkan, Turkey to the list. Chloe is our 2nd year apprentice and has been with us since August 2018. Chloe loves the sun and some of her favourite places to travel are Mexico, Gran Canaria and Tunisia. Tanya is the newest member of our team joining us with over 40 years experience in the travel industry. Tanya loves to travel and tries to sample as many experiences as possible, her favourite type of holiday is a cruise and she has recently cruised with Celebrity to the Far East, visiting Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore. Next on Tanya's list is a visit to Sri Lanka.
We believe that customer service is vital. We have a good loyal customer base and we continue to expand on this. We love to see new faces and we give all our customers the best possible service. We specialise in all types of holidays from World Cruises, bespoke tailor made itineraries, family beach holidays and UK and Attraction breaks We offer very competitive rates for our Foreign Exchange in the branch and always give preferential rates to our customers.
We static cycled from Ringwood to Paris 452 km with the help of some of our suppliers and even a couple of clients.
We completed this early so we then cycled the distance from the ferry port in Portsmouth back to our office in Ringwood,another 66km. We would like to thank everyone for helping us raise £1216 for Remembering Nancy & Mylah.
