Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location
Mr Harvey, 28 May 2018
Excellent front desk staff. Rooms very clean on arrival. We had assistance from hotel staff taking our luggage t o our room. As good as the entertainment staff were evening entertainment was a bit amateurish. Daytime a activities were good for those who wished to participate. Meals were more than acceptable with a good range of fish and meats at the evening meal. Breakfast selection was very good. Drinks for all inclusive were good. The only downside was the bar stopped serving free drinks for all inclusive guests at 11 pm after which you had to pay with the bar closing at midnight. Overall a good hotel. Would stay again .

Location was excellent. Facilities very good. Food not so good - hot food often lukewarm . B/B would have suited us more.
Mrs Nelson, 26 June 2017
Large hotel in a beautiful position, clean, good food, very friendly staff.
Ms Dow, 15 June 2017
The hotel was not good, but does not deserve a poor rating. Food was repetitive and the hotel itself was looking very tired.
Mr Shaw, 17 April 2017
Very clean hotel. Friendly and efficient staff, who spoke excellent English. Beautiful location.
Mrs Long, 31 October 2016
Although the bedrooms and pool area were good and cleanliness was excellent, this hotel is let down by its restaurant. Never before have we been expected to clear and set the table before we could eat and it was difficult to attract the attention of a waiter. The choice of food became more limited as the week progressed and became quite a joke between guests. On the last evening we chose to eat out rather than face the restaurant again.
If the dining experience was improved this would be a good to excellent hotel with its spectacular views. As it is we wouldn't return.
Mrs Bradsell, 14 October 2016
First room was not suitable but luckily the hotel were very accommodating and found us another. Although in need of an update the room and bathroom were kept very clean and had all that we required for our stay.
Mr Rees, 27 September 2015
The accommodation was good. Breakfasts in some of the mornings were a bit chaotic and the indoor heated swimming pool was definately not heated. The night-time entertainment was poor.
