Plymouth Branch

Here in The Plymouth City Centre Store we have a fantastic team of 9 Currently . We opened in February 2019 after relocating from a pop up branch in .WHSsmith . Heres a little about the friendly faces you may meet in branch.

Natasha our branch manager started in the Travel Industry when she was just 16 straight from school . She began her career as an Apprentice with Thomas Cook and she grew her career from working with them for 10 Years. Natasha enjoys nothing more than tailor making her customers dream holidays and making them a reality.Meeting new people everyday and helping them organise there perfect holidays is what gives me great satisfaction within my role.

Stacie started her career in travel 16 years ago as a modern apprentice with Thomas Cook, She has also worked as a holiday rep for 4 years overseas. Stacie is great at finding family breaks and she has been to many places over the years! Her favourite destinations include New York and Mexico plus many more ..! Atlanta joined us after completing her first year in our Plymstock branch. Atlanta's favourite destination is Turkey - where last year she spent 3 weeks in the beautiful resort of Icmeler . Atlanta has recently completed her apprenticeship. Jess studied Travel and Tourism at college for a year. Jess' favourite destination is Tenerife and her dream is to go to Dubai. Jess is looking forward to extending her knowledge in the travel industry and meeting all our new and existing customers whilst completing her 2nd Year apprenticeship. Vee works in the stores foreign exchange bureau dealing with all your holiday money needs. Previous to that she has worked within the travel team here and as a rep based in many locations around the world. Roxanne started her career in the travel industry as a apprentice 12 years ago with Thomas Cook but she has recently decided to join our team at Hays Travel to progress her career as a Assistant manager. Roxanne has been lucky enough to travel to many places and she prides herself as a cruise expert she also enjoys City breaks , Florida , Turkey and the Greek Islands the most. Niamh our first year apprentice who has recently started with us.

Niamh has previously worked with children for 3 years, but has decided to take up her dream of travel with us. Niamh's favourite destination is Spain and her dream is to go to Bora Bora. Niamh is looking forward to learning everything in the travel industry and meeting all our new and existing customers. Sarah recently joined us as part of the Travel Academy programme. Previous to this sarah worked for STA Travel . Sarah is originally from the Bahamas and moved here in 2011 she is enjoying all of the new learning opportunities the travel academy programme has given her. Helen works alongside Vee in our foreign exchange Bureau and has also transferred over from out travel Team. Helen enjoys meeting new people everyday.

We specialise in all types of holidays here, whether it be a World Cruise or a short break to London. Between us all, as you can see we have covered many parts of the Globe. We also offer very competitive rates for Foreign Exchange, as well as giving preferential rates to our customers.

We took part in a a 13.1 mile sponsored walk around Plymouth raising money for St Lukes Hospice. We all met at 8pm and had our faces Painted with neon face paint to get in to the spirit and of course all proceeds went to St Lukes. 

This was a great team effort which gave us a true sense of achievement. We would like to thank everyone for their donations, helping us raise £234 for this great cause.
