of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Miss Cloudsdale, 19 April 2018

Everything was fantastic! From room, staff and food! If I had to - the only negative point would be the pool / sunned area is very small for the amount of people staying there!

Mrs Nelson, 18 March 2018

Really enjoyed it not for the less mobile, plenty of steps,

Mr Atkinson, 10 March 2018

Mrs Kelly, 16 December 2017

Mr Cranswick, 13 December 2017

The only fault we found was the slippery bath my husband slipped on our first night and I asked for a slip mat but it never materialised, the fall spoilt his holiday really because at 71yr old with two knee replacements it upset him a little and nobody understood I want a slip mat not a towel in the bottom of the bath.

Miss Walmsley, 25 June 2017

Poor entertainment and layout for this which is the reason we wouldn't return but clean and friendly.

Mrs Stewart, 06 February 2017

Mr Ellenden, 16 January 2017

BRILLIANT. 2nd time visiting Plata Olid, highly recommend to family and friends.

Mr Morrissey, 07 January 2017

Having just returned from our holiday from Tenerife, ref the attached, we were extremely disappointed in our accommodation, as it was rather more expensive than we would normally pay and we expected it to be ok, firstly we were on the 5th floor, the lift to our apartment only went to the first floor, we then had a trek across a terrace only to find we had to climb 40 steps to reach our apartment, the apartment was extremely shabby and dated, the food was extremely poor and we had to eat out as it was like a school dinner hall trying to get food and when we did get it, it was very poor, as the cost of this holiday was £1600 we certainly expected more for our money and wont be rushing back

Mr Wignall, 20 December 2016

. Food the worst we have ever experienced. All inclusive poor quality local drinks and stopped promptly at 11.00pm - even if you are in the queue. Children left to run wild in restaurant, ok not the fault of the hotel but they should implement published rules. Sunbeds just about all reserved with towels by 8.00am signs prevalent saying towels would be removed but never actioned.

Mr Fannon, 16 December 2016

Really enjoyable holiday but unfortunately the food was not as warm as we'd have liked at times, but would still recommend

Mr Sheridan, 19 April 2016

Very happy with our holiday. Hotel clean and good. Food excellent. All staff friendly and helpful. To crown it all the weather was excellent.

Mr Ainslie, 11 April 2016

It took a bit of getting used to: it did not look like the pictures at first. I was not sure about staying there on the first night, but this is probably me being used to more than 3 star accommodation. After the 1st night, I got used to it. The food was good at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and effective. I've never done an 'all inclusive' holiday before and found that the quality of spirits/beer/wine they used was not what I was used to. Karen secured us a lovely top floor apartment which was great. We overlooked the Sky Park - which has been closed for many years due to one of the attractions breaking (we later found out 2 people had died on the ride and the owner had disappeared....!) It was good that there were 2 swimming pools - one for all the activities, which was extremely busy and lively and the one we used for swimming and this was a lot quieter, which was great.

Mr Renwick, 17 March 2016

Miss Beck, 14 June 2015
