of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mr Burnstead, 05 October 2018

Dirty, shabby hotel with very poor food.

Mr Mccormack, 26 March 2018

Very good and staff very helpful

Mr Malpas, 05 June 2017

in the brochure it looked good but upon arriving it was not good. had to change rooms as the first room was rubbish no view and so noisy with all the air conditioning units the room we were given was only slightly better and the breakfast choice was ok but the dinner choice was unbeliveably horrible no choice, cold in some cases the same things dished out twice horrible horrible !!!! the indoor pool was dirty and all you smell was the chlorine and the pool on the roof had no shade except some reed matting in on corner. I would not recommend this hotel to my enemy which is as shame because Malta was beautiful and friendly and this is defiantly not a FOUR STAR hotel by any means .

Mr Arnett, 31 March 2017

The location of the hotel was excellent - the accommodation was looking a little tired and in need of refurbishment. The restaurant was excellent and the reception staff friendly and helpful.

Mr Gitsham, 31 March 2017

Far too hot because the air conditioning was not working. I was told to open the window, but use no lights or we would be eaten by mosquitoes! My wife's bed was as hard as a set of planks. About 50 Italian school children were loud and "everywhere". Breakfast time was very crowded and hectic.Very disappointed. Not what we expecting.

Mr Stewart, 05 January 2017

This is the filthiest hotel I have stayed at in all my 57 years
On arrival we were given a room with the bed linen piled in the corner , no pillow slips and pillows that should have been binned years back , and the room was filthy.
Rubbish piled at the window.
The reception was reasonable , until we stepped out of the lift to find the corridors
filthy with badly stained and torn carpets that would have looked bad in a dog kennel .
I wish to protest in the strongest terms about this hotel being sold as 4 star and would recommend that you visit it before you carry on advertising this.
I have taken photos that I can supply at tour request .

Regards W Stewart

Mr Horne, 21 October 2016

Although the room was reasonable, the food was rather bland with the vegetables overcooked and the same sliced potatoes every night with no chips or mashed potatoes. We had chicken curry one night but we think they forgot to add curry powder!

Mr Hinton, 28 May 2016

The actual rating is somewhere between Good and Poor but this form does not provide for it. Park Hotel is not 4 star but nearer to 2, perhaps two and a half on a good day. The hotel is a bit old and bashed up, food choice is limited and there were issues with cleanliness. The hotel is 'adequate' but lacks polish and finesse.
It would suit a gang of football supporters but falls short of 4 star family holiday standard.

Mrs Hucklesby, 21 July 2015

The hotel was very run down and did not live up to it's 4 star rating. Would definitely not recommend you send anyone there. Staff unhelpful, watered down fruit juices at breakfast. So glad we were only bed and breakfast as would not fancy eating there.

Mr Benson, 11 December 2014

I did not think Park Hotel was as bad as painted by some contributors to Trip Advisor, but I would say that the **** rating is not obvious, particularly regarding some evening food choices which varied from salt-absent to salt-rich, which makes me think the cook doesn't bother tasting his/her own food. Otherwise room fine and staff most pleasant.
