The Nicholas Hotel Apartments are nestled in attractive gardens at the heart of Ayia Napa. These great value Cyprus apartments are a favourite with younger guests, due to their proximity to the lively bars and clubs in the resort centre and the wealth onsite facilities. The pool area takes centre stage during the daytime. The water's edge is lined with spacious sunlounger filled terraces, perfect for laidback days working on your tan. The children have a paddling pool alongside to splash around. If you prefer to spread out on the sands, Grecian Bay beach is just a hop, skip and jump away.
If you want to up the tempo, there is a games room, video games and table tennis. Watersports, skydiving, crazy golf and bungee jumping are available in the local area. Keeping your friends up to date with your holiday fun is easy; there is an internet corner available. The complex has a total of 38 one bedroom pool view apartments. All apartments feature a large balcony, a twin bedded room, an open plan living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette area with two rings, oven and fridge, satellite TV, individually controlled air conditioning to rent, bathroom with shaver point and WC.

Breakfast is served each morning in the restaurant. The pool bar serves a wide choice of drinks, lunch dishes and snacks.
Location
The Nicholas Hotel Apartments is located in the centre of Ayia Napa in Cyprus, 200 metres from Grecian Bay beach and a short walk from the harbour. Larnaca International Airport is approximately 45kms from these Ayia Napa apartments.
Basic Very Basic!
Upon arrival we were greeted in reception by friendly staff and given our keys to our room. The room was very spacious, but very very basic. We had a ground floor room with a small balcony, you could jump over the balcony and sit on the sunbeds. The pool was shaped like a coffin, very bizarre.
The bar was not stocked up, which was very poor and had only a few choices of cold drinks, so we had to venture out. The location was good for the beach, it was next to the funfair and the lively bar of Tommy's.
I would not stay here again.
