Mrs Forth, 10 January 2018

The accommodation was very basic insects in bathroom and kitchen towels smelt like sweaty feet sheets very thin and ripped on first night . Staff friendly would not recommend this place to stay .

Mr Twinley, 04 May 2017

Mrs Rumble, 05 April 2017

Great for the price.

Mr Taylor, 06 September 2016

Where do I start. On arrival to the hotel the receptionist claimed he didn't work there and couldn't speak English, eventually we located our room, we specifically asked for a hotel with wifi as we were leaving our son at home and this would be the only way to communicate with our family, for the first 3 days the wifi dos not work in the hotel! To top the whole experience of our bed sheets and bath towels did not get changed all week, we hand washed the towels and left to dry during the day and were forced into buying another pair from the local shop! We reported to the reception after the 2nd day and they claimed it would be sorted but after each time we complained it was somebody different on the desk so it was never resolved! Terrible experience all round for a short relaxing get away! Will never book through hays again or visit this hotel EVER!

Miss Young, 22 May 2016

Everthing was good except the act there were renevations for 4days and it was too loud

Mr Roddy, 29 March 2016

Definitely not 4 star, human faeces on outside of toilet bowl on arrival, broken tiles, chipped bath. Only one electric socket available to guests, and that was next to the sink in the bathroom!! All the other sockets had been covered by a blank plate to stop electric usage(cleaner told us this was the reason but they weren't supposed to say so)

Mrs Dearden, 26 May 2015

the apartment was very spacious, clean but a little dated , we would use it again if it had been more central, did not like the hill.

Mrs Foxton, 10 May 2015

Value for money very basic but clean staff were friendly. Apartments were large could do with update but we're cleaned daily.
Situated on a hill so not good for people with walking difficulties, free bus to centre and local resorts
Excellent value for money
