Booked a last minute getaway for the family, service was amazing, it was only a small hotel so the staff made it feel more personal. It was in the centre of Alcudia and everything was in walking distance. Amazing beach! Would definitely recommend. Entertainment staff were amazing.

of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mrs Platt, 17 September 2017

accommodation very very poor, however facilities for children and young families excellent

Mrs Self, 06 August 2017

Staff are super lovely. Entertainer is however shocking. Won't return while she there. As much personality as a wet tea towel

Mrs Kabito, 29 June 2017

the place was ok abit out dated but we had a good time

Mrs Barnes, 13 May 2017

Lovely friendly good food lovely accomadation will go back next year with the grandkids

Mrs Dixon, 16 October 2016

We were under the impression that the hotel that Hays had booked for us was a hotel that had accommodation available in a self-catering apartment (which proved adequate) but all signs showed that it was really only a self-catering apartment block that offered half board. This half-board proved disappointing for the food was entirely ENGLISH with little variety, for example fry-ups for breakfast and no continental choice at any meal.. Portions were good and service very good but a larger choice (buffet has been enjoyed previously in Mallorca) would have been appreciated, with some "taste of Spain" !
Evening entertainment good. We would not book there again however.

Great hotel and ideal for our purposes

Mr Wynn-jones, 23 May 2016

Dated, tatty, very uncomfortable, not very clean room, plagued by ants. Basic British seaside cafe style, boring menu, no buffet. Superb, friendly, hardworking staff. Excellent Thompson rep (Patrick).

Mr Pearce, 10 September 2015

Only problem with hotel was the fact that they put us in a room on first floor up 18 stairs and we had a 2 yr old, so taking a small child, buggy and bags up them every day wasn't ideal, my partner actually fell on the stairs whilst carrying the child causing bruising to her and the child

Mrs Johnson, 08 September 2015

The rooms we had didn't just need updating they needed a lot of work to make them safe. Tiles were loose and broken, electricity sockets pulled out of the walls and kitchen cabinets had large holes in. The pool needed some work to fill in holes and make it safe. Roof leaked and flooded corridor when it rained which kept switching off electricity. Wifi that had to be paid for was very poor and didn't work in most rooms. This hotel could benefit from a good makeover , it has tons of potential but first impressions stick and My first impression made me want to go home. It would have helped to also know that even though we had booked a one bedroom apartment the bedroom does not have a door, it's just a very large entry on the way to the bathroom.having said all that the rooms were of a very good size. The hotel was in a very good position and for the able bodied within walking distance of the beach and main town. The staff in this hotel were fantastic and very helpful no matter what the problem was and in the end we all had a great time. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, great food at a reasonable price. Shops close by and plenty to entertain the guests.

Mrs Jennings, 23 June 2015

The accommodation was ok but the room was of a poor standard.
4 days into the holiday we had to have to have the laminate floor sorted as it was all sticking up and dangerous.
Other than that it was adequate for the amount of time which se spent in there.

Miss Jardine, 25 May 2015

It was quite clean a lot of ants bit disappointed it didn't have a oven

Mr Garwood, 13 May 2015

Accommodation clean and adequate but description of room misleading. Studio that supposedly sleeps 3, has only one single bed, ( with a proper mattress) and two sofas at opposite sides of the room.
But it was cheap!

Mr Thornton, 01 August 2014

Great Complex with everything contained, good safe environment for the kids. Apartment was clean & spacious (beds were a little hard though) good food & prices at bar. The pool area & gardens were well maintained as was the pool, plenty of sunbeds but could do with investing in more parasols. We had a fantastic holiday from start to finish, Mariners is great friendly place to stay & would recommend staying there.
