Basic and clean. Safety issue with the oven plug rectified with management. Not the best equipped self catering we have stayed in.

It was 'ok'. Although clean and tidy, the room we had was nothing like the one we were showed on the computer. Needs an overhaul, and low level rooms very noisy on church side of property
Mrs Savage, 18 September 2016
Very nice hotel, excellent staff who were very helpful and jolly.
Only things were the noisy main road and heavy traffic noise all hours.
And In room air conditioning, which had to be paid for as an extra which we did not know about. And In 40* deg heat and 10€ per day, was not really very funny. We did not pay for it !!
But in all we had a very nice holiday, would recommend it and would go again.
Mr Dunhill, 19 August 2016
A friendly, clean and welcoming complex, with good alround facilities. Only thing that let out booking down was a lack of balcony in our room (one of only a handful of rooms without one!!!)
Mrs Hall, 15 August 2015
We paid over £2k for a family of 4 and the facilities here were shocking! We expected a much higher standard. The games room is a joke, There is very little for the kids to do. The hotel bar and restaurant is mediocre. We feel like we were ripped off with the accommodation as the brochure made it sound brilliant. Pools were tiny. Balcony tiny with only two chairs. No table. Overlooking a side street with dilapidated buildings and a tiny view of the harbour. Didn't even dare open our bedroom curtains as it overlooked a small area onto which everyones bathrooms and toilets backed onto. AND we were in a SUPERIOR apartment! Dread to think what the regular apartments would have been like. Also disappointed because we PAID for set seats on flight and on outbound flight we were separated! It is only down the generosity of fellow passengers that we were able to seat in a block together! Overall, we have lost faith in Hays. Not a relaxing holiday at all!
