The hotel was lovely very clean and the rooms were a lovely size.

Mrs Langley, 13 July 2014

The holiday was absolutely terrible.

We were meant to leave at 7.30am and get there at 10.50am. We boarded the plane at 7am and did not leave until 11.40am. We were not allowed to buy any food and beverages for those 4 hours considering we had been at the airport from 5.30am and they had no breakfasts. The flight number was Ls597.

Moreover, the departure time on the way back was meant to be 11.20am and we did not board until 16.40, we were in the airport from 8.30am and were not given a food voucher until 13.00 and at this point we had no money left to even but water. Flight number: LS598.

There were 4 people on my holiday booking and another 20 people in my family who also travelled on this flight, including small babies.

In addition, when we arrived at the hotel the wifi would only work in reception occasionally. The shower heads were not attached to the wall so we had to hold them whilst taking a shower.

Moreover, I feel this holiday was a terrible experience and none of us would travel with jet2 again. To be held up on the way there and on the way back was appalling and we wasted 2 days traveling.
