Clean ,friendly staff food very basic lots of fish not very hot but microwave there could have done with a couple of televisions in the bar area 11pm bar closed no after 11pm sales then lights out in the bar area

Great location but no air con or fans no bars on windows so couldn't leave them open during the day or night, tiny pool so no chance of a sunbed and food was OK I wouldn't recommend A.I to anyone.

It's down as a 3* in the jet2 brochure but it's only a 2* a bit miss leading !! Food was a big let down , we eat out 5 nights out of 6 which was an extra cost to us what we didn't expect to have to pay as we had booked & paid for all inclusive!! DISAPPOINTED !!!

Food extremely poor, had to eat out. Fish and pork every single day. No inflatables in pool allowed. Monika from reception is very rude. No meal when we arrived. No entertainment. I wouldnt let s rat stay there. Never again will we return. Nothing good about the place. Burgleries whilst there. I wouldnt even rate this place 1 out of 10. Id advise to change if youve already booked. Worst hotel ever that weve been to.

Lovely spacious clean apartments. The lack of air conditioning was a big issue for me as there was a window in the bedroom but you could not leave it open as people walked past it so let was not safe to leave open at night.

Apartments very spacious and clean but we did not realise they were not air conditioned. The dining area was a bit disappointing, no atmosphere,just like a canteen, so even though we were half board we ate out every night.

Great pool, very clean rooms, amazing and great choice of food even for someone with gluten free needs (we were half board).
Only improvement I could suggest is that the wifi was very touch and go which I normally wouldn't mind but we paid €20 each for it.

As basic accommodation this apartment was okay and the location was good but as an all inclusive this was scandalous miss selling. I had thought the people on trip adviser who said the food was bad were just being picky. They were not!! We struggled with it for two days! On the third after going in and finding nothing that was either recognisable or looked edible, we had to look at the money we had bought and decide if we had enough to eat out, so our holiday wasn't spoiled. What a disappointment and extra expense. This needs looking into so that other people aren't let down. Food at the bars was a reasonable price and very good so unsure why Los Hibiscos get it so wrong.
