Beautiful Hotel and Complex
I stayed at this property back in November 2013. This was my first visit to Tunisia and I absolutely loved it. We stayed in a private beach bungalow, this was located directly on the beach front with our own private terrace, it was perfect.

We were very spoilt, we had our own private waiter, who delivered our breakfast to our room every morning without fail. If the weather wasn’t too good, they would arrange for our breakfast to be set up in front of the open log fire inside our room. The bungalow was amazing, one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, it was HUGE! The bungalow comes with a waiter who will deliver your evening meal to your room every night if you wish. We had lobster and steak and champagne every night, which came at no extra charge! We felt like royalty.

The hotel was located in the centre of Hammamet but there wasn't much to do outside of the hotel complex. The majority of the nights we paid approximately £2-£3 for a taxi into Yasmin Hammamet, where there was a beautiful harbour and a vast array of shops bars and restaurants to chose from.

All the staff in the hotel were wonderful, the food was wonderful and the hotel was wonderful. There was a vast array of choice for food including a la carte restaurants, again at no extra charge. The grounds to the hotel were beautiful, surrounded by orange and lemon trees (hence the hotel name). The entertainment team were fantastic, always interacting with all the hotel guests. The evening entertainment shows were OK, they could have been a little better, but they were fun to watch.

Hopefully one day I will go back to this hotel. Perfect beach front location and the sea was so calm, it was like a mill pond. I would recommend this hotel to families and couples of all ages.

Fantastic hotel, staff at the hotel are always helpful, friendly and funny. Great activities especially in the pool, loved it and have already decided to go back next year. Everyone gets a free massage and the food is good too with a lot of choice, no pork though.

Would never go back.filthy place.lots of people were bad from this resort including me. Luckily a nurse on holiday gave me medication otherwise it could of been a lot worse.People should stay away from this place.

Wonderful resort. However, very loose with security. Locals allowed in on weekends which I didn’t like (my brother was hurt as a result of this) But staff at the resort helped when needed.

Mr Tate, 07 June 2018

Rooms were very tired, had ours changed. Finishing v poor in some rooms. Note a lot of other guests had complained too. Sockets falling off walls, rotten balcanies etc. Needs a major overhaul. Gardens maintained beautifully thought and beach lovely. Service fantastic! Food, average. Hit and miss. Fitted into four categories, okay, bland, dry or food had too much fat/grissel or bone. We tried two of the three al a carts and were not impressed. Good day time activities, although the shows were hit and miss and sometimes dier. What we loved most was the very intentive service we got from the start. All very friendly and help make the holiday.
