Mrs Appleton, 13 February 2017

Great hotel ... But room a little tired and in need of decorating.. Shortage of electrical sockets ... Could have done with tea and coffee making in room a must ! ,

Mr Challinor, 05 February 2017

Accommodation sub standard and due for upgrade in April which should have been declared by tour operator

Mrs Coglan, 01 February 2017

Downstairs was lovely, staff were great but the bedrooms were shocking. The bed was so hard we looked under the mattress to find it was made of cardboard. The bathroom ceiling had holes in it and repairs had been made to the room/bathroom and the walls had just been bodged round the repair.

Mrs Gurnell, 01 February 2017

We knew that it needed updating before we went. And they do. The staff at the hotel were excellent ,the food was very good at breakfast and lunch not so good at the evening meal deserts were the same every night. There was a problem getting sun beds unless you went at people left towels on for hours just plain selfish. I did feel that sometimes we were second class citizens when getting served as several times I was getting served and someone who spoke another language said something and was served before me . The hotel is in a good location with plenty to offer round about the hotel and easy access to the beach.

Mr Kilpatrick, 02 November 2016

A little outdated in the decor but the food, staff and entertainment were all quality.

Miss Nelson, 06 May 2016

Hotel was lovely allthough drinks at the bar were very costly and the fact you couldn't pay as u go, everything had to be charged to the room which was then settled on day of checkout.

Mrs Kelly, 29 April 2016
