Hotel was dated and not up to standards of a 5 star
Mr White, 03 March 2017
Hotel does not live up to a five star, very poor bar facilities. The sun beds were unacceptable. Most people complained of backache. This was highlighted on Trip Advisor in the past. Staff. Very friendly and most helpful. Would go back to Lanzarote but not the Volcan. Had a lovely holiday though.

Mr Barton, 30 October 2016
The Club in the hotel is excellent exactly as advertised-very peaceful and relaxing-all the staff are very helpful and do an excellent job in all departments. The staff at the reception in the main hotel are always very helpful and willing.
Mr Murtagh, 10 October 2016
Needs upgrading though they were very attentive. Their feedback paperwork does not cover the Club Volcan too general to be of any use as feedback. Enjoyed holiday (3rd time there)
Mrs Hughes, 11 June 2016
A very good 4-star but lacking the little touches to make it the 5-star it is described as. For example no-one to greet us on arrival. We had to find our own way to reception taking our cases. Some decor a bit tired. That said service was generally of a high standard.
Mr Grant, 21 March 2016
Hotel was very nice but lacked staff everywhere you went. Considering it was full it seemed very quiet.
Mrs Sharp, 29 February 2016
Mr Clement, 12 February 2016
Hotel kindly upgraded us on arrival without prompting. Sited in best part of resort, near Marina, where there are excellent restaurants. Facilities are very good. Architecture most interesting.
