of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mrs Davis, 10 November 2017

Very comfortable room but disappointed not to have tea making facility.

Miss Marsh, 28 February 2017

We have been going for 6 years but each year going downhill a bit. Still generally good but next year will be our last.

Mrs Moffat, 21 February 2017

Hotel first class. Only 2 criticisms. No shuttle bus to beach which was a 25 minute walk away. Unable to purchase a glass of wine in restaurant as a half board visitor although it was available for all inclusive so had to have a half bottle and take it to my room.

Mr Davies, 14 February 2017

A very clean, airy hotel with VERY welcoming, courteous and efficient staff. The staff in the restaurant were particularly hardworking, efficient and attentive.

Miss Moore, 18 January 2017

We are very happy with the service provided at the Maspalomas Princess. Lovely hotel, with a beautiful setting and an ideal location.

Airport transfers to Maspalomas Princess were organised and effortless. There were Thomson Reps based at the hotel most of the time to assist with booking Excursions etc. Welcome talk by Thomson Reps was extremely helpful.
We were told our Departure time would be available two days before Departure. However, it wasn't available until the evening before we were scheduled to leave.

We booked the Half-Board package.
There was a tasty variety of food served each evening, buffet-style. Waiter 'ISMAEL' provided fantastic service and was always very welcoming and friendly.

There were plenty of activities to keep people occupied. Evening entertainment could have been better. Loved the little surprises before and after dinner, including photo opportunities with the Paco Pluma Parrots.

Negatives were the extra charges for Internet usage (13 euros for one device for one week) and PAID access to the Safe if we wanted to store valuables in room.

Mr Chapman, 02 October 2016

Hotel and complex was fantastic, very clean and tidy.the food was excellent ,and the variety too,it would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, but it did not take the shine off the fantastic holiday

Miss Bailey, 28 September 2016

We go to this hotel every year for 20 years and keeps getting better and better

Mrs Goodacre, 15 July 2016

We requested a quiet room and found our room was overlooking the children's activities stage, the kindly moved us the next morning
I was not aware when booking that the hotel was mostly all inclusive and the staff didn't seem to be able to cope with half board guests so this caused problems and confusion when trying to order drinks

Mr Cannon, 31 May 2016

Would have been an excellent holiday but for two issues- We were not told of the half hour walk to the beach and that as 'all inclusive' you are treated as second class. Poor attitude from the staff also.

Mrs Willis, 15 April 2016

The hotel was first class for design and extremely high standards of hygiene, the one and only drawback was the situation of the hotel being so far from the beach, even though we are keen walkers we found it hard going, 30 minutes each way in the high temperatures.

Miss Marsh, 01 March 2016

Very pleasant place to stay.

Mrs Ogley, 01 February 2016

Trying just to put excellent for everything apart from the hotel reception team

Mr Hadwin, 01 January 2016

Mrs Trailor, 17 December 2015

Had a wonderful holiday - excellent accommodation. Food was brilliant much better than expected Entertainment wasn't fantastic but ok. Would definitely go again.

Mr Robinson, 25 March 2015

The dining facilities left a lot to be desired with overcrowding and poor quality of food. I fail to see how this hotel can be classed as a Platinum hotel.

Mr Saxton, 10 March 2015

Mr Holman, 17 February 2015

Fine for families. Not good for couples or a quiet holiday!

Mr James, 28 January 2015

Excellent Hotel and Grounds, Spacious Room, Good Food, and Friendly staff. All you could ask for.

Mrs Brown, 27 January 2015

Mr Cartmale, 27 January 2015

First room appalling but after 2 nights the Thomson rep (Melissa) managed to get us moved. This was despite explicitly asking Bath Travel to request higher level room with a pool view. This request was sent but far too late to be effective. The second room was excellent so my hotel rating would move to 'Good' - pity we had to battle to get something acceptable.

Mr Evans, 14 January 2015

accommodation was good but we were not pleased to be told that we had to supply our own drinking water , the first time I have ever encountered this in a country where local water cannot be drunk. Also , this hotel shares its dining facilities with an adjoining hotel where everything is fully inclusive which caused some confusion at times .

Mr Cavolick, 18 November 2014

Food was very good but some coffee machines in dining room were often found to be not working.

Mr Whitwell, 11 March 2014

nice hotel but too big for me
poor location
good food
