Mrs Chesters, 20 October 2018

Accommodation wasn’t great as there was only 1 bar/concert room to use in the whole of the hotel.... Bedrooms were of a good size but bathrooms quite dated and not the cleanest even after the maids had been in. Food fantastic best we’ve had in years at an all inclusive hotel. Hotel manager was lovey. Bar staff/dining staff excellent. Good value really for what we paid. If we’d have paid more I would of probably complained as there was just no where to go and sit in the evening to have a quiet drink. More suited to family’s with children, would of been ideal for us perhaps 25 years ago☹️

Mrs Healy, 18 October 2018

Mr Phipps, 03 October 2018

Would not go back to this hotel

Mrs Manson, 29 September 2018

Food choice and selection excellent. Not enough parasols around pool. Only draw back was location , steel hill to middle of resort. All inclusive drinks were of cheap quality, could be bought at supermarket for as little as 8 -10euros a LITRE for Vodka.

Miss Duckett, 13 April 2018

The hotel was lovely and clean, the food was alright but a bit bland and the staff were friendly

Mrs King, 27 October 2017

Hotel staff very friendly hotel was very well kept. All 3 meal sessions were very very good. We have been to palmanova / Magaluf for the past 20 years I would defiantly return to the hotel. Only gripe was all the sun loungers had towels on them fro 8 every morning with people Quinn up to place them then left them for at least an hour or more in some cases before they actually used the lounger. I think the hotel should put a stop to this or insist if you place a towel you use the seat straight away. This will then be fair for all other holiday makers

Mrs Fenwick, 04 October 2017

Hotel was good, very family/child orientated which is what we wanted. We felt it wasn't 4* though more of a 3* . Great for toddlers not so much for teens or pre teens (none in our party but we saw plenty of bored looking teens and older kids). Surrounding area is brilliant loads to do for all ages and easy to get around. Hotel is situated on a hill so the walk back up from the beach might be difficult for those with mobility issues so is worth pointing out. Would recommend for young families who want a very child orientated holiday

Mrs Cartwright, 13 September 2017

The accommodation was very overcrowded and dirty the grand national run for the sun beds in the morning was terrible and a joke and also people leaving there bundle of towels as a queue is ridiculous this needs addressing by the hotel. The rooms were very dirty and need a lot of modernisation to bring up to a basic standard. The kids club needs to be highlighted In the brochure that it cost extra for a lot of the activities up to 10 euros per child costly if you have two child going two activities within the week. The dining room was dirty all the cutlery was dirty and a lot of the drinks machines were switched off or broken. The staff went round the dinning room with trolleys clearing tables which is great with such a lot of people wanting to eat but if you have just sat down and have a trolley put next to your table with a open bin at the end full of scraps this was a big turn off and stunk I asked on a couple of occasions if they could please cover the bins but I just got a grunt we decided to eat out most nights which was costly considering there was 9 of us and we were supposed to be all inclusive. I think this hotel should be reviewed to stop it ruining Thomas cooks reputation once again I would never go this hotel again another in happy customer
