Good Budget All Inclusive
I have stayed here twice for a cheap all inclusive week in the sun!
Good central flat location, five minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants.

*** I would definitely recommend getting a taxi from the airport as only around ten Euro and takes ten minutes, as the first time we went we got a Thomas Cook transfer and it took over 45 minutes ***

The rooms were very clean and tidy. The Food was ok with a large choice. We did eat out a few nights as it was very cheap to eat out.
Great pool area with three pools and also a roof top pool with a bar.
Good three star all inclusive hotel.

of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mrs Watson, 26 September 2018

Was just ok room very small outside space just enough room for 2 chairs no fridge or kettle which I found quite strange for the Canary Islands

Mr Jackson, 22 April 2018

Hotel v good ,clean and comtebile rooms, staff v friendly ,food good if repedifed. Good holiday

Miss Bedford, 14 January 2018

Very tired dated hotel, all mattresses are lumpy (changed room 3 times) and all need a make over (grout missing, tiles broken, etc) food is only ever warm - not hot, all inclusive is not on the usual branded soft drinks, water pressure is terrible (and that’s when you actually get any hot water) No way this could be classed as a 3 star hotel

Mrs Dobson, 26 November 2017

Hotel was clean and rooms spacious .Food We thought was poor quality and the catering staff looked unclean, and often the crockery and cutlery needed to be returned as it was dirty. Some of the cooking practices were unusual obviously bulk cooking, meant quality and presentation was lackin. We ate the salads as felt This was safer than eating food that was just warm-even at start of service .We did learn that the staff had not been paid for over 2 months in this hotel did make us feel rather guilty for commenting on the poor standard ,they were reasonably cheerful more than we would have been if we hadn’t been paid. There was a demonstration outside the hotel re the non payments but we were only there 1 week uncertain what happened since .Come on Jet 2 look after properties abroad .

Mrs Ord, 22 November 2017

Rooms clean and tidy, friendly staff, restaurant understaffed and food mass produced. Hotel was full when we were there and it was a struggle to get a table most meal times.

Mrs Danks, 13 November 2017

It was disgusting from start to finish

Mrs Woodhouse, 29 October 2017

Clean, well maintained and cleaned regularly

Mrs Jones, 23 October 2017

Loved the hotel & staff, but food was not brilliant!

Mr Watson, 23 October 2017

Would rate hotel average 2-3 star not good or poor just average. Food was very average. Staff were very helpful and friendly tho.. We requested a sea view double room when booking and got a twin room with beds pushed together with a view of a road and buildings.

Mr Dickson, 12 July 2017

Friendly staff very helpful. Room was clean though found 2 cockroaches on the last night but that can't be helped.

Mr Porter, 26 June 2015

Mr Scott, 03 April 2015

Room: The room was modern and clean and serviced most days with frequent towel changes.
Reception:Staff were friendly and very helpful and all spoke good English.
Restaurant: There was plenty of food on offer from the buffet but choice was limited at dinner and repetitive if staying longer than seven days.
On the whole the meal service was poor,if you didn't get to the restaurant at the start of the service there were no spare tables, no cups(breakfast) a shortage of cutlery and wine glasses. Also not many staff clearing and relaying tables.
Poolside: Not much space around pool, there seemed too many guests for the space available.
Poolside bar:Was open 10 - 6 (weather permitting). You could help yourself to wine, beer, soft drinks and hot drinks, this was a good service.
It is not a place we would go back to or recommend.

Mr Lumley, 06 October 2014

close to the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and very reasonably priced. the hotel is in a good location reasonably flat and good promenade and lovely beach. the accommodation is basic but clean and a fair choice of food. the plus side is the adults only pool and sun terrace upstairs in the sun all day. our second visit so must have ticked all boxes

Mr Blackett, 30 September 2014

Mr Mcguire, 28 August 2014

The Accommodation itself was good, it was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was alright. The hotel is under new ownership, and talking to people who had stayed there before, it had gone downhill. There is no free Wi-Fi, you have to pay for the tv, there was no refund for the bedroom safe. The entertainment was very poor, there seemed little space available for the various activities. There was nothing to indicate their timetable of events. There was very little entertainment for adults. There was very little contact with the Jet2 representatives, if there was any problems there was a phone number to contact them. The transfer on the return journey, was chaotic, there was suppose to be a list placed on the Jet2 board, the night before you left with your pick up time. This did not happen. There was four different flight leaving the hotel at the same time. The hotel reception stated that there was two coaches coming. At the arrival of the first coach, the driver had no passenger lists as far as he was concerned it was everybody's bus. It was a free for all, the last passenger to get on the bus was a disabled woman returning to Manchester, however her carer was left behind, and she had her wheelchair and the tickets. A second coach did arrive and the rest of us travelled on the second coach to the airport. The accommodation was fine and the food edible, but I would not go back there. We enjoyed our break, and the weather was very good.

Mr Claydon, 11 August 2014

Mrs Shorrock, 09 July 2014

Sun bed situation ridiculous but plenty of beds on roof top terrace and plenty of chairs on garden terrace. Don't let this hold you back from booking. Lovely resort too very clean and family friendly

Mr Tarvit, 08 July 2014

Mr Brown, 23 June 2014

Mrs Williamson, 05 May 2014
