Welcome to the Hays Travel Hartlepool!

I have worked in travel for 24 years now and have enjoyed the last ten as Branch Manager. I have travelled to many destinations and my favourites so far are Vietnam and Mexico. I have six team members with lots of experience between them.

Darren and Julie have worked in the industry longer than me and have travelled extensively; so if you need any help with exotic destinations they are the people to see. Paula is our part time Senior Sales Consultant and is a keen cruiser with excellent knowledge. Poppy has 5 years experience and is our resident Turkey expert although she has travelled to many more destinations. Megan is now in her 2nd Year of her apprenticeship and loves to travel to Krakow as she has been many times . We also have a new addition to the team our Apprentice Casey Jo , she loves to travel and her favourite destination is Spain . We specialise in faraway and cruise holidays and we have a great repeat customer business. Many customers ask to speak with the same member of staff year after year; it's a personalised service that makes us so popular with our loyal customers. We also offer very competitive rates on foreign currency through our in-house bureau de change.

We are really happy to take part in events to help support our local community and this year we are fundraising for Alice House Hospice in Hartlepool .

Alice House Hospice exists to ensure people affected by a life limiting illness or the death of a loved one have the care, comfort and support they need. As the only adult Hospice in the Hartlepool and East Durham areas of the UK, our unique range of services make a vital difference to the lives of thousands of families each year.

We recently held a coach day trip to York and this was a great success , we had bingo and a raffle on board and managed to raise £265.
