of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mrs Marshall, 11 December 2017

Suited us very well

Mr Cook, 13 November 2017

Food was the biggest moan, particularly the lack of decently cooked vegetables. Overall food description lots of choice, maybe too much but not enough quality. Apart from that we liked the hotel, especially the atmosphere, grounds, lovely staff, all overworked. Best one night spent in the hotel was special invitation restaurant.

Miss Hurcombe, 14 October 2017

Love this hotel. Have been 3 times and it's always as nice as the time before.

Mr Graves, 25 September 2017

Good holiday five stars I would rate this hotel and can't complain about anything

Mrs Dagless, 12 September 2017

Highly recommend the hotel - excellent standard, good location, great food / drink / activity options

Mr Brown, 22 August 2017

Not as good as other years, generally acceptable .

Mrs Harvey, 10 April 2017

Lovely hotel for families and couples

Mrs Simpson, 16 March 2017

Lovely hotel in a good central position. Already looking forward to visiting it again before too long.

Mr Shaw, 17 February 2017

The room was comfy and the food was adequate. The hotel staff were excellent. The entertainment was good. I would go there again.

Ms Dawson, 23 January 2017

Love this hotel, easy to find your way around and so central for shops and beach. Second time here and definitely would return again. Only negative the good sized swimming pool is freezing!

Mr Lee, 17 January 2017

The only comment would be that we could have been made more aware of whom we had to approach for our ongoing travel from the airport to our first detination

Mrs Kendrick, 24 December 2016

Great time here will be going back next year, staff were always smiling and went out of their way for you, no getting up early fighting for sunbeds, it was just what we needed before xmas

Miss Tovell, 25 November 2016

Mr Ainsley, 04 November 2016

Hotel was good and in the perfect location. However it was full of families with young children who tended to be unruly. There was no place for adults to have time to themselves. In addition the quality of the food and the general service of the staff were not up to scratch for a supposed 4 star hotel. We will go back to the resort but not to this hotel.

Mrs Speight, 07 October 2016

Room wasn't available and was advised check in was at 3pm
If wanted to get changed would have to unlock our suitcases in the hotel public toilet which wasn't really suitable.
Room was a nice size except had a camper bed as the third bed which is not suitable for any of the three adults on the holiday booking.
The Fridge was leaking which was fixed quickly but when first opened was not and had not been cleaned.
The toilet blocked and was reported in the morning and by 6pm this still want repaired which is not acceptable as 3 people sharing a room and two of those people has IBS so was desperate for the toilet.
I don't think that when the hotel offers towels that if you want to change them you have to pay 1 Euro per towel every time you want to change them this was only pointed out when I went to pay the bill and queried the 3 Euros that was not expected. There is a sign on the towel box here where you get towels however it is not very noticeable.

Mr Hogarth, 16 July 2016

Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. All amenities were in good condition, pool etc. You couldn't ask for nicer food and friendlier staff. We had an excellent trip.

Mr Williams, 20 June 2016

We have stayed at this hotel many times and love it. However, we have never been in the summer months before and would not do so again. There were allegedly 200 children in the Hotel the first week and almost as many in the second week. This is not ideal for us! We shall go back to winter holidays.

Mrs Davies, 08 June 2016

Good due to location and outdoor facilities but the hotel itself would benefit from a refurb, the rooms had been updated but the remainder of the hotel was very tired looking. The noise from the bar, room to room and the corridors carried across , therefore we had several disturbed nights. We were situated in room 2070, which was not directly above the bar thank goodness.
The reception staff were the worse that we have ever come across, not very welcoming or helpful.
The breakfast and day time buffet was good but the evening buffet was poor, we tried to book our complimentary al a carte restaurant but were told that it was already fully booked for the whole of our stay.
We would not use this hotel again.

Miss Clegg, 20 May 2016

Lovely hotel , as expected having stayed there before. Comfy beds, good food , good service from staff.

Mrs Caplan, 09 May 2016

Brilliant atmosphere position and food

Mrs Young, 11 March 2016

The hotel was very good. Bedrooms cleaned regularly. All staff at hotel were pleasant and very helpful. Very good choice of food at meal times and always managed to get a table. Entertainment was reasonable. We would definitely use this hotel again as it is so central to Playa Blanca

Mr Mccord, 16 February 2016

We were aware of what we were getting. Utility but clean and well looked after.
Furnishings particularly in the main bar were well worn and tired. Evening entertainment poor. Very little music to dance to. The food was buffet style, good choices and plenty.

Mrs Clayden, 11 January 2016

Unbelievable, everyone from the cleaners to Management were amazing. Hotel was a dream, cant wait to go back

Mrs Slater, 30 December 2015

fabulous hotel, slight refurbishment needed in some areas. ( like skirting all falling off , loose tiles ) we were celebrating a big anniversary and hays said they would email the hotel for a nice room, HOWEVER ON ARRIVAL WE WERE LOOKING ONTO A LARGE SKIP AND BREEZE BLOCKS WE WHERE NOT HAPPY 😱 We asked to be moved. Checking in and out is also a bit of a wait ....overall we would return back to this hotel without any hesitation.

Miss Lambert, 22 September 2015

Hotel was let down by entertainment.
Lack of a thomas cook rep.
Food and accommodation excellent.
Excellent serrvice in restaurant.

Mr Boler, 05 April 2015

Mr Ogden, 07 March 2015

Hotel back to its former status - all refurbishment complte and with new furniture. Food fine - they dow ell to cater for almost 800 people fopr each meal with plenty of choice, replenishment and staff working hard.
The transfer arrangements with Viajes Urbis were a shambles both ways.

Mr Bullock, 02 February 2015

As previous visits to the Princess & the resort of PLaya Blanca the holiday has again been very good. WE shall return.

Mr Gaherty, 30 December 2014
