Mr Guthrie, 20 November 2016

Hotel clean and nice layout but reception poorly organised for registration (safety deposit box not available. Charge 19Euro/wk/device for wi fi -pure greed. No flexibility on meals. Definetly not a 4 star rating - not a patch on Iberostar Torviscas Playa next door.

Mrs Kelly, 04 August 2016

Although i was very disappointed that wifi was not included, with all inclusive. Plus no quite pool for adults!

Mr Underhill, 19 July 2016

Bathroom needed updating but accommodation otherwise excellent and good value for money

Mr Smith, 31 May 2016

The only problem with the hotel was very large and as a result the dining facilities were rather cramped, not really up to the standard of a four star hotel. Apart from that the facilities and staff were very good and helpful.

Mrs Dodd, 13 May 2016

We booked this Hotel because we had been before and enjoyed it. But this time we found the food was not as good, not as much choice. The restaurant was hectic at meal times with customers not remembering were they were seated and sometimes even the staff forgot. Also disappointed being charged for fridge hire.

Mrs Blunn, 24 April 2016

Mr Gray, 16 April 2016

Very clean and comfortable

Mr Allen, 15 April 2016

Hotel failed to provide room on the floor level as requested gave us a family room!! On low level.Moved after 4 days to a new more appropriate room which had to be recleaned twice. Very impersonal service however that maybe due to the size of the hotel .

Mr Borrett, 09 April 2016

We were allocated a large sea view room with a very large patio. We have been to the hotel before but this was the best room we had ever had. Food was excellent and very friendly staff. Childrens club was very good (we had our 9 year old great granddaughter with us)

Miss Barraclough, 24 March 2016

Room had no tea making facilities, which I would have expected for four star! We had a fabulous sea view, as requested, so that more than made up for it x

Mrs Ching, 23 March 2016

Having stayed before we thought the hotel now needed an update. Bathrooms a bit tatty and carpets in corridors needed attention.Dining room very rushed as continually laying tables around us.

Miss Swaffield, 17 March 2016

Lovely hotel except you don't tell anyone about the Spanish gathering outside the hotel which happens every Saturday night until 3am with music blaring!! So you don't want a room which faces the road which goes into a cul de sac. Don't book a room below -3 as you will be down in the dungeons and the rooms are damp and dingy oh and you don't want a room by the generator which level with reception either as you cannot get to sleep because of the noise so probably best to go to the Bahia up the road !! However, staff are lovely.

Mrs Smith, 25 February 2016

overcrowded, too many children, food excellent but the dining room at times like kings cross station.didn,t initially get the rooms we requested despite two e-mails

Mrs Taylor, 10 February 2016

Mrs Sibley, 16 January 2016
