Mr Gaythorpe, 23 May 2017

Facilities were good, restaurant good, Wardrobe space hopeless, only enough for one visitor, kept clothes in suitcase.

Mrs Jones, 05 August 2016

Comfortable clean friendly pool bar staff

Mrs Wriglesworth, 13 June 2016

The location was ideal, 5 min walk from the beach and bars. The facility's in and outside the hotel were excellent, but realised the pool staff struggled if the hotel was full, having to go up to get your own towels at 3pm from your room is not very good because they have run out. The food was very bland and there wasn't enough variety, it was the same fruit every day for breakfast, and the sweets for evening meal only changed, with different cakes, when one sweet had gone it wasn't replaced., even though it wasn't very late . The staff were not very good at clearing the tables, and it's the first time we haven't left the waiters a tip. The reception staff were very good though. Our flight was late leaving in the evening, and were told we could use the facility's in the Spa, there wasn't room to get changed in the toilet and it was wet through, the showers had no doors on so couldn't use those, so had the get a wash in the toilets near the reception desk. I think it's more like a three star hotel than a four star.

Mr Stelling, 14 September 2015

Accommodation was good but would be better rated as a 3 star. Facilities were good but cleanliness wasn't great in the rooms.

Miss Lownds, 28 June 2015

Nice hotel. We where very well looked after and room with sea view was lovely. It's a very busy hotel and nearby building work is a bit of a pain. Fantastic pool and indoor pool/spa great. Food good considering how many guests they have to cater for. Pizza at taverna very good and lots of nice places to eat and drink very close by. Beach is public and scruffy. Kids playground next door so quite noisy. Dubrovnic is fantastic and well worth a visit .All in alla nice hotel that could just do with a bit of TLC to compete with the smart hotels nearby.

Mrs Riddell, 19 June 2015

The hotel was well situated, but there was a lot of building work going on around the hotel which was noisy at times. This is due to be finished in August. rooms were clean and towels changed daily. Breakfast was excellent and there was always a good choice for evening meals although by the end of the week starting to become a little repetitive. The dining room was large and appeared crowded at times. Staff were always pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and we enjoyed our stay.
