The only problem was that the transfer to hotel took 3 hour due to dropping off at 9 other hotels and we were the only one at our venue and the last drop off. This happend to several other parties and is unexceptable. Transfer back to airport excellant as the bus was smaller

One night was more than enough. We checked out & found alternative accommodation. Cannot imagine why Hays would think this hotel was suitable for their clients.

Hotel Samoa, was a fantastic hotel. It was in a great location 5 minute walk from the beach and located next to pubs and shops. The food was good, there was a good choice of food so you defiantly wouldn't go hungry. There was a good range of drinks to choose from also. All the staff were excellent, very friendly and hard working. I would defiantly return to Samoa Hotel!
