of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mrs Radcliffe, 18 December 2015

the room was good and the service given to me by your staff (I was using a wheelchair) was excellent.

Mrs Mullaney, 16 November 2015

the food was appalling the level of hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. we arrived late Saturday night by the Monday night we were both extremely ill with sickness and diarrhoea. lost all of Tuesday could not leave the room when we did we have to locate and double check that there was facility available very closely to where we were. My husband was ill for the rest of the holiday even with taken medication from there pharmacy, I was ill the rest of the holiday and 2 weeks after returning. this was not just the 2 of us the whole complex was ill to some degree or other 1 man 5 days in his room only there 7 days. I will not be returning to this hotel or recommending this to other holiday makers it was the worst holiday ive ever been on

Mrs Mullaney, 16 November 2015

on the whole the hotel was good ideally situated, rooms need a little tlc we had swim up rooms lovely. Only problem we have with the room was a needle was in the towel and it actually stuck in to my husband hand

Mr Campey, 16 November 2015

A bit tired in places, food not the best in the main restaurant. Pool area very nice and well looked after as were the grounds in general, not too big and the staff were very friendly and helpful...BUT the attention from the staff that my 3yr old daughter got was a bit OTT at times...I am sure it was well meaning but it would not be acceptable to ask a 3yr old for cuddles after eating at a uk bar/restaurant. Other than this our stay was problem free other than the 4 hr delay returning home, which is not the hotls fault.

Mr George, 24 January 2015

No complaints. Everyone very helpful. Cannot wait to go back
