of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mr Tatham, 01 September 2017

The hotel met our expectations. It is a certainly a 5* hotel but not exceptional. Service, food, and kids club were all very good but room was very average and did not meet the standards of the wider hotel - we were in a Cypriot Maisonette which was really too small for 4 people. It was not great value for money but that's our fault for booking late.

Monarch is an awful airline and I will avoid them in future...lost our luggage and it has still not been returned.

Mr Hobin, 25 June 2017

Third visit and the hotel is fantastic, the staff and the food.
Entertainment is poor and repetitive and one show had a 10 euro charge per person - something I have never been asked at a 5 star hotel ever .

Mr Smith, 23 September 2016

Nice hotel all staff friendly. Food wasn't quite to our liking and water and drinks overpriced

Ms Yates, 21 July 2016

Excellent hotel, service was outstanding along with the quality of food etc. Only slight disappointment was that on arrival they had allocated a double room when we had specifically requested a twin room - but this was quickly rectified. There is no real beach at this hotel but the pool area more than compensates.

Mr Gibson, 15 June 2015

Fantastic Hotel, Restaurants, Pools. Beach is small and dark sand - not a problem to us. Dealt with food allergies very well.
