The staff work tirelessly and they are very helpful but the hotel was not very safety conscious and there were cockroaches in the dinning hall which I no is a regular thing abroad but it can be avoided the side of the pool where people walk round was slippy and everyone was falling over other than this it was fantastic

A very good hotel in a great location. Clean, comfortable room, spacious with a lovely sea view out over hotel pools and grounds. Good quality and variety of food. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Our only complaint was with the 'Cava situation' - we are not big drinkers but enjoy a glass of sparkling dry wine and were disappointed with the availability of the dry cava on offer. Sometimes it was possible to have it but more often than not only sweet was available. Staff were helpful in trying to find some for us but did not seem able to order it as a regular item. This is only a small matter but one which we feel would not take much to rectify and improve our overall enjoyment of our stay on the All inclusive basis.
