I've worked for Hays Travel for nearly 7 years and started as an apprentice, my favourite trips have been Indepedence of the Seas cruise and I won an amazing trip to California in December last year.
Welcome to Hays Travel Durham. Cara has worked in the branch for 10 years, starting as an apprentice; she has a wide range of European and UK knowledge, and loves spending holidays with her family. Lauren also started as an apprentice. She has been with the company for six years and has excellent knowledge of cruises; she can recommend the best one to suit your needs. Chloe is our second year apprentice and she loves going on theme park holidays. Her specialist destination is Florida, and she has already booked to go this year. Leah is our first year apprentice; she is very well-travelled and loves a long haul holiday. Her favourite destinations are New York and Dubai. Louise is our foreign exchange consultant; she loves to party in Ibiza and has lost count of the number of times she has been. She also loves exploring and enjoys city breaks; she recently visited Rotterdam.
At Hays Travel in Durham we pride ourselves in delivering exceptional customer service. We are a friendly bunch, are passionate about finding our customers their dream holiday, and them leaving the branch with a smile on their face!
Our most recent Local Community Partnership event was the coach trip. It was in aid of Treetops children’s unit at the University Hospital North Durham.
The girls did shopping trip to York which helped us raise £900 in aid of this great charity. We had raffles, bingo and prizes, a fun day had by all. The proceeds will go towards keeping facilities up to date in the ward, Cara and Chloe attended.
