of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Miss Winter, 07 November 2017

Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a meal plan so ate at hotel during our stay which was all you could eat Mexican cuisine but also had continental and English dishes which was excellent. Room was nice and clean but quite basic. The whole package was good value for money

Miss Briggs, 03 November 2017

Great hotel, just a 10minute walk to the park. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and shower was brilliant. Hairdryer in room also a bonus! Rooms cleaned everyday and cleaning staff moved my daughter’s cuddly toys and pj’s to make a pattern. Would stay there again!

Mrs Cox, 30 October 2017

It's was cars theme, so great for kids. It was clean and basic. Only negative was that the cleaners left both min and my sisters windows open a day.

Mrs Pritchard, 25 October 2017

Miss Salmon, 22 December 2016

Overall the hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly! The theme wasn't really to our tastes but was fine for everything we needed.

Mrs Thorpe, 26 October 2016

basic but adequate

Mr Watson, 18 July 2016

I think the only problem was the shower pressure.

Ms Chetcuti, 17 June 2016

I've ticked 'Poor' because there is no option to tick 'Fair' which is closer to the truth. The room, although clean, was in dire need of a smartening up - wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom door was tatty, the curtains didn't meet and the phone was a bit manky! There was a kettle but nothing else - you had to buy tea/coffee etc from reception. Another concern was the security guy who checked everybody going into the main building, even though the side door was always open - seemed like a complete waste of time for him and his bleepy baton thingy! Breakfast was a free-for-all with long queues and nasty coffee but dinner was lovely! Park buses were frequent and many (albeit packed) and the staff were mostly ok. Employee of the week goes to Nicholas in the Rio Grand bar for his smiley patience with my rubbish French and for his milkshake expertise. All in all, we had a great time, thanks.

Clean, comfortable basic accommodation which is all you need as most of the time is spent in the Disney parks. Within walking distance of park along a special walkway.
