Mrs Gribble, 19 August 2016
The hotel was clean and food good, however, although tour operators are not to blame for the type of people at a resort we felt that Club Mac attracted some very unsavoury characters! Excessive drinking, swearing, parents shouting at their children, rudeness towards guests and staff, throwing rubbish on the floor, running down the corridors late at night, people up all ours with no regard to other guests...
The hotel is very large and the pool areas are not large enough to cater for the amount of guests. The brochure stated 9 pools, which we assumed would be plenty but actually at least 5 of them our actually toddlers pools, which meant that swimming was virtually impossible as the pools suited to older children and adults were absolutely jam packed. As a result we spent most of our time at the beach to escape the chaos. Fortunately, the beach is one of the nicest beaches we have ever been to and was a one of the highlights of our holiday. We ate out in Alcudia a few times to escape the loud canteen and found the resort of Alcudia to be a lovely one, which we would definitely return to, but to a different hotel,

Extremely frustration that even though this holiday was expensive most items that were needed such as fridge kettle ect.... All came at additional costs. We as a family have stayed in lesser accomadation but still had these comforts as standard.
