the hotel is lovely bit confusing thought u have 3 types of bands. Family band, adults only, premium, there's places u can't go in the hotel if you have a family band. Not much shade around the pool which there needs to be more shade for people. Bedrooms are lovely and are have space in them but the locks to the doors are not good as my partner got stuck in there. Food is really good and quiet a bit to choose from, lunch though doesn't have much of a selection which is hard when you are a fussy eater, but overall the hotel was amazing and so much to do. The beach is lovely and is lovely to walk along.

Everything was just about perfect - resort, food, pools, staff, accommodation. I would recommend the Jandia Princess highly

Rooms good, laminate peeling off the table in the room. That was all.
Food excellent. We were all inclusive but we were disappointed that we had to pay for the wifi and the safe. Most of this is offered as standard in all hotels these days and although it cost a total of €30 for the week I think it's a bit much!!
Lovely resort, friendly staff but we wouldn't go back.

Not a platinum hotel - entrance similar to hospital - bland no wow factor! No conceige - no room service - pool towels only changed x3 weekly!! No waiter service - cues ++ no private beach - had to pay for sunbeds ect- la choza flies ++ due to food not being covered - health risk - and banding system a disgrace !! Platinum but banded as blue only acces to 1 of 4 pools - had to upgrade to access these !!! I will never trust Thomson platinum hotels again - expected the best but was delivered Much less !!!!!

Accommodation was clean and comfortable, however the place lacked atmosphere and the staff could have been a little more friendly/smiley
