of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mr Smith, 03 October 2018

This hotel is value for money, the accommodation is basic, and could do with a face lift, the hotel is clean. The food is buffet style and could have more variety, you have be up early to get a sunbed and there is not enough sun umbrellas for shade. The hotel is situated in the middle of the resort , but up a hill and can be difficult if mobility is a problem. The staff are friendly, overall rating good

Mrs Needham, 16 November 2015

Hotel was great for a 3 star, food was great, good choice on all meals, and my daughters loved the play area, hotel location is great, I'd stay there again

Mrs Darlow, 13 May 2015

Room 315, the toilet and the bath are too close together[6 inches] we had to sit side ways in order to use the toilet. Could do with plastic non slip mat in the bath, to prevent someone slipping when showering. Otherwise decent room.

Mr Walker, 30 April 2015

The hotel was good but the room had a terrible smell coming in from the vent in the bathroom. We got there late so didn't complain until the next day. They said they would send somebody up, but they didn't. The cleaner was passing and we asked her and she said it was an ongoing problem with this room, yet they still put people in there. Four times we complained that day, even the Thomson rep went to the room with my wife and she couldn't stand the smell and she complained and still no luck. They knew that there was a problem with this room because the vent in the bathroom was half taped off. We eventually phoned Thomson helpline and they got back to us after phoning the hotel and they said someone would send up an air freshener and move us to a different block with a sea view the next day. Nobody came but having spent a second night with the balcony doors open they moved us to a room with a pool view, the room was a bit bigger and a slight upgrade. The room was 951, avoid it like the plague

Mrs Wharton, 06 November 2014

we were very disappointed with our room, the food and the general repair if building.
we were surprised the hotel was a three star

Mr Bonallie, 26 October 2014

When we got there the room had 2 broken beds, 2 broken TVs, broken bed side lights, most of the flour tiles on the balcony smashed, the smell in 1 of the bath rooms was unreal, iv got 2 kids aged 5 and 10, I went down to reception to asked to change rooms and thay just said no, there was no rooms for the next 3 days, a explained a had 2 small kids and a couldn't stay in that room but he didn't want to no,he said I'll send some 1 up, in the end a wasted a full day in the room got 2 new beds an TV sorted, the rest still never got looked at.
