Welcome to Hays Travel Birtley! I'm Amy, the Branch Manager. I started working for Hays Travel in 2007 as a Sales Consultant in the Spennymoor branch. Since then I have worked my way up to Branch Manager here at Birtley. I have over 15 years of travel experience. Las Vegas is my favourite destination; I have visited twice and I still love it.

Although we are a small team at Birtley, we have a big reputation for delivering great customer service. Kate has recently joined us as our new Assistant Manager from another branch. She started with us as an apprentice and has worked her way up. Her favourite destination is Hong Kong where she is planning on visiting again soon. My fabulous team is made up of Lisa, Holly, and Karen. Together we have 50 years’ experience in the travel industry. We want all customers to know their holiday is in safe hands with us and that they can be sure to receive expert advice. Beth has just recently joined us in August 2019. She is starting her career with us at Birtley to become a fully qualified sales consultant. Beth's favourite destination is Crete, Greece. She has been going for 9 years and still gets just as excited.
