of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mrs Lewis, 21 August 2018

Food was excellent staff lovely, slightly disappointed by some of the entertainment and the climbing wall advertised in the brochure is actually an inflatable one more like a bouncy castle and not really suitable for young teenagers.

Mrs Fairclough, 07 July 2018

Not 4star rating. Not good value for money. Food variety poor and cold. Bedrooms and pool side toilets need to be cleaner. Paid for all inclusive to find had to pay for food and drinks in adult only section. Evening entertainment is the worst we've seen.

Miss Hill, 30 October 2017

Loved it, couldn't fault it and would return in a heartbeat :)

Ms Blayney, 30 June 2015

staff were rude, food was uneatable and luke warm, didnt bother eating in the hotel after the second meal, an open restaurant, more like a canteen, the food smells wafted all round the hotel and in the rooms constantly, would never go all inclusive again

Mr Lott, 29 December 2014

Accommodation good but hotel is too large to cope with dining facilities, hence having to queue for half an hour to have Christmas dinner (and we were early) only to come out to large queues all the way up two flights of stairs and into reception. Over extended themselves and chaotic!

Mr Powis, 30 September 2014

Very poor air conditioning system let the hotel down!
