Pool absolutely freezing and as the weather was abit disappointing swimming for adults was awful! Kids didn’t mind but went blue lipped!!
Mrs Sen-gupta, 18 October 2018
The hotel was modern, very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However there is only 1 lift in one block so if you have mobility issues it would be difficult to climb the 24 steps in the other blocks which don’t have a lift.

Room and hotels was lovely but the food was a bit disappointing , especially evening buffet.
Mr Campbell, 17 March 2017
Very comfortable hotel, near the beach. Pools were pleasant. Despite requests for guests NOT to reserve sunbeds this still happened. We were given a room that was not as requested when we arrived but the staff very quickly found us the appropriate one (next day) which was extremely comfortable and to our specifications.
Mr Calvert, 01 February 2017
Rooms and staff excellent. Location good. Drinks prices reasonable. Entertainment mixed and two nights inappropriate for guests. Breakfasts good but evening meals very disappointing with little seafood (no prawns, shrimps and occasionally a clam), jamon serrano on one evening and special starter selection 2 nights out of 8. Over reliance on chicken and pork products (cheapest meat) and offering sausages two nights out of eight an insult - not 4 star hotel fayre and the worst we have experienced in 50 years of using Spanish hotels, including 2 star ones. The last evening neither of us could find anything we wished to eat on the main menu.
Mr Wigley, 06 January 2017
The hotel is clean, the staff are first rate. The food may not always be to everyone's taste but we always found something interesting to try. They now serve up better joints of meat than in the past and there is a wide variety of dishes.
