Best food I've ever had in an all-inclusive deal
I visited here in July 2014 for one week on an all-inclusive package.

On arriving at the hotel, I was instantly impressed. The reception was lovely. We had a quick check-in and were given a map of how to get to our room, but found it quite easy anyway. Our room was fantastic with plenty of space and lovely views.

The hotel has three, separate swimming pools. The infinity pool is lovely but a little bit cold, although there are plenty of sunbeds for all guests. But bear in mind, the best sunbeds are by the infinity pool that looks out to sea. Unfortunately, we never managed to get one of those sunbeds!

For breakfast, we went to the main restaurant. There was so much choice - fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurt, pancakes and cooked breakfast foods were all on offer. The snack bar by the pool was really good too - I'd recommend the chicken sandwich. It was lovely with proper chicken not the cheap, wafer-thin type you might expect.

On our first day, we went to the desk to book the a la carte restaurants (we picked the Asian, Italian and Spanish ones). We got to choose the times and nights that we wanted to go too, which was really handy.

The Asian restaurant is at the sister hotel (Gran Bahia Tenerife), which is a two-minute walk away. This was amazing with great service and lovely food. They had beautiful sushi and lots more things to choose from. The Italian was my least favourite, though. Again, the starters were amazing but I wasn't too impressed with my main course. But thankfully, the Spanish restaurant was fantastic.

However, the main buffet restaurant was so good, I could have eaten there all week. There was so much choice and we ate there for lunch every day, and for dinner on four different nights. Not once did we get bored of the food. There was always something different and I never struggled to find things I fancied to eat. Service was also absolutely brilliant.

I loved the concept of the self-service bars. You could pour your own spirits and mixers, beers, lagers, cocktails - anything! You could also ask at the bar for particular cocktails, coffees, soft drinks and anything else.

Entertainment is across the road at the plaza in between two hotels. You can take your drinks with you, as long as they are in plastic cups. There's also a sports bar here, although you have to pay for drinks separately, but they aren't very expensive. A few shops are around here, and there's a 24-hour snack bar where you can get crips, burgers, hot dogs, soft drinks and San Miguel all night. A nightclub is open until late and features karaoke, which is great if you're not ready to go to bed when the other bars close.

The entertainment isn't the best, unfortunately. There was only one act that we really enjoyed, which involved three male gymnasts who were amazing. The rest was just laughable - I suppose it was entertaining in the respect that it was so bad! Kids would probably enjoy it though. In the main lobby bar there's a singer every night. We liked this, as it has a really chilled-out atmosphere. Children have plenty of activities and entertainment during the day, which is handy for families.

We booked two trips at the hotel with the same member of staff who was really friendly and knowledgable. We went to Siam Water Park, which has to be the cleanest water park ever, as well as whale and dolphin watching. It was amazing to see them out in the wild. But if you're prone to seasickness, perhaps give this a miss. A lot of people were feeling ill!

The only thing that put me off this hotel initially was the location. We knew it was quite far away from Costa Adeje, but didn't realise just how far. The beach is just rocks and sea, and there are only a few shops nearby and maybe one restaurant.

I'd stay here again, but make sure I take more cash so we could get a taxi to Las Americas and have a couple of nights there.

All in all, it's the best all-inclusive hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd definitely return with more spending money!

of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Mr Jewitt, 13 January 2018

Pleasant accommodation. Very clean but dated in parts. Staff very friendly. Food good. Pools freezing cold!

Mr Johnston, 06 January 2018

Very clean, food ok but not great. Was expecting more for the price. Personally too big and far out for us!

Miss Daniel, 06 January 2018

Hotel itself was lovely, clean, and room was good size with nice bed, personal preference means wouldn't return purely as location was bit far from shops, bars etc There was also building works which we weren't expecting and other guests were compensated for this but not us. Food was average, disappointed that not everything was all inclusive I.e branded spirits, drinks in disco bar / sports bar. Also this does not offer any SPA facilities!!! It was a Beauty bar only and had no sauna, steam room so this was false advertising.

Mr Gowland, 30 December 2017

Very nice

Mr Pattenden, 27 December 2017

Very tiring to get around for my elderly parents, sometimes lifts not working, long way from reception to room. And main restaurant and lobby bar. No problem whatsoever for myself

Mr Jukes, 16 December 2017

Really do not see Bahai Principe Costa Adje as a 5 star Hotel. 4* at very best. We booked a Junior Suite in what we thought was an Adult only hotel. The room with was less than impressive and with none of the normal things you would expect of a real 5* hotel. Would not book again.

Mrs Smith, 10 December 2017

Mr Roberson, 18 September 2017

Looking a little tired it could benefit a refurb

Mrs Watts, 16 September 2017

Fabulous hotel.Visited twice and would def return.

Mr Fullerton, 15 September 2017

Booked through Hays as a Thomas Cook holiday I have stayed in a good number of 4 star hotels in Costa Adeje with all inclusive accommodation, but I must say this has been one of the best it stands out for what all inclusive should be.Good clean accommodation with really good food and plenty of it with a large variety of different foods on offer one is spoiled for choice. This is a large complex which might not suit everyone also it is located beyond walking distance from the main resort, but there is a bus on hand to take you in . But I personally would rate this accommodation highly and would like to visit again in the future .

Mr Debnam, 03 September 2017

Mrs Wright, 10 July 2017

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, good food, plenty of choice from various restaurants,
Disappointed that a 4 star superior does not have tea and coffee facilities in the room

Mr Williams, 10 July 2017

Junior suite room was much smaller than expected compared to other hotels and also free wifi was restricted to the lobby area which wasn't made apparent. Apart from these points generally a really nice hotel

Mrs Stephenson, 26 June 2017

Good hotel, very clean and helpful staff. Good standard and choice of food in general restaurant.

Mr Ferguson, 28 May 2017

Very good hotel with good food and facilities. The only "down" was the shower which seemed to want to wash the whole bathroom every time the shower was used.

Mrs Quinn, 07 April 2017

Mrs Pattison, 01 April 2017

This is our fourth visit to this hotel and we will definitely be visiting again, only comment would be if on an evening they segregated the smokers away from non-smokers and especially at the entrance of the restaurant.

Mr Siddall, 01 April 2017

Definately will be going back
