of our customers rated this property good or excellent.

Ms Jones, 05 June 2017

accommodation very good no fault with accommodation it was a let down with the entertainment or should I say lack of it

Miss Rowles, 04 June 2017

Excellent apart from the lack of evening entertainment

Mrs Williamson, 27 October 2016

I would rate this as 3 star. A lovely hotel but could do with updating as it is quite dated. The food was nice but very repetitive. The staff are nice also. Entertainment is repetitive and we did become bored after a couple of days. Pool and waterpark are excellent, although a little cold. Lovely area with plenty to do.

Mr Hay, 23 October 2016

Food not too good and I'm not really a fussy eater, hotel nice and clean, nice view from room.

Mrs Adams, 04 August 2016

Great entertainment
Great food

Mrs Graham, 29 July 2016

This hotel is a fair-good hotel certain things about this hotel give it the 4star rating but not all areas warrant the 4star rating. Rooms are very small and tired looking with broken amenities.the pool area is unmanned and therefore children and some adults Have unreasonable behaviour and this is left to carry on as nobody around to say anything ! Food although is excellent along with location.

Mr China, 17 July 2016

Lisa was excellent

Mrs Cruickshanks, 21 April 2016

the staff were great, the apartment very clean. the food was fine, just a little bland, and boring (basic).

Mrs Walker, 07 September 2015

Definitely not 4 star!!!! Electric sockets hanging off wall, wallpaper hanging off, awful musty smell in corridors, security man with bald head was appalling - he had a 14 year old boy by the throat leaving marks on his neck!!!
Will definitely not be returning!!

Mrs Dixon, 25 August 2015

the hotel was dirty food was about a 1, pool area 0

Mrs Dixon, 25 August 2015

The hotel was absoloutley filthy, the meals were very bland with no variety, the pool water was disgusting aswell as the pool surroundings. The hotel is a health hazzard, mould growing all around the air conditioning units in the dinning hall. we ate out of the hotel on numerous occasions even though we were all inclusive.

Mr Riley, 23 June 2015

Does not have the presence for the 4 star rating. There was no quiet areas to sit and enjoy yourselves. The entertainment was outside and 90% of the people smoked. The food, though you had abundance was average. Their was no adherence to dress code and the holiday makers wore what ever they wanted.
The really good thing was the genuine assistance of the staff.

Mrs Dempsey, 31 May 2015

Mr Webber, 18 May 2015

Very happy with all the holiday . food lovely, staff very helpful and friendly would definitely go back xx

Mr Ghaly, 10 April 2015

we thought the bedrooms were a little small for 3 people and the z- bed had to be changed as the springs were felt through the mattress - it was replaced by a chair bed which was new but not very comfortable to lie on as the mattress was very thin would have been perfect for children but ours are now adult size!!! We were also disappointed that the water slides were not open until May which upset the family. The food was mainly very British which may suit some but we like the have food from the country we are in. Also the WIFI is charged at 30 euros for a week in the hotel but free wifi is found in many cafes in the town. The entertainers did their best with the resources they had available but it was very limited. We did find the staff at reception helpful when hiring a car etc.

Miss Ashmore, 06 April 2015

Absolutely fantastic, very clean, everything was just great. Staff was brilliant and the locals was so friendly, food delicious and plenty to do. Can't wait to go back again :-)

Miss Simpson, 04 August 2014
